Received strange call implying they were calling from the Maricopa court system. Said they needed me to appear in court the following day. This is not the number for the Maricopa court system nor are there any cases filed against me. I am trying to determine that name of this company (they refused to admit they were actually just a company unaffiliated with the government). I will file a complaint with the proper authorities (FTC, attorney general, etc.) once the identity of this company is determined. I need somebody's assistance in doing this. Thanks!

I had the same situation. This company appears to represent itself as something it is not. You can not even get an accuate company name, address, or anything form them when you call. I think its a collection agency but now sure.It is illegal to use deceptive means to obtain information and this company seems to be keen on doing just that. I am checing with my state's AG to find out who to file complaints with.

I also had this same call, i gave them a payment over the phone because they were according to them send someone out to serve me papers. imaine that crap, so once i advised i was calling my atty. general in ohio they kept putting me on hold as if they were scrambeling to find out what to say to me...... i smell a fish

Received a call claiming they were from Reliable Claims Service and they had been contracted to deliver papers regarding a claim and wanted to make sure someone would be home.

No claims are in process that I ma aware of, thinking this is a sneaky debt collector.
