They called and left a voicemail asking me to return a call to 888-636-4438....I called that number, which belongs to:

And they said they can't help me without a reference number..... and the lady spoke so fast in the voicemail that I could barely decipher the 800 number... the reference number she gave was all jumbled...LOL

Also got a voice mail from this number to call 888-636-4438.  I called to find out it was as posted by fedupwithdebtcollectors, Rocky Mount Holdings LLC/Life Net.  

First off in the voice mail they said that the message was for my deceased mother-in-law, I suppose since she can't return their call maybe they are out of luck, huh.  I had to listen to the message multiple times to even get the number to call as well as to get the reference number.  

It has been 2 months since they lost her while in flight, can they not wait for us to at least get all the legal stuff settled before harassing us.

They keep calling but never stayed on the phone so I could talk to a manager.

This is in fact Rocky Mountain Holdings the parent company of Air Methods. They called and ask for someone else. Not sure what that was about

A client continues to receive phone calls from debt collectors for Rocky Mountain Holdings.  The client did in fact use air ambulance services & for which BCBS of Nebraska paid one-half of a $54,000 bill.  She continues to be harassed for the $27,000 balance.  In checking with the hospital that was the initial care provider, they inform that there is an agreement between them & Rocky Mountain to not harass the hospital's patients.  The hospital also discloses that if air ambulance patients are medicaid or medicare qualified, Rocky Mountain is paid a maximum of $8,000 per patient per transaction for their air services & Rocky Mountain writes off any balance because they know they're not going to get another penny out of a federal entity.  They then charge all other private pay patients an exhorbitant amount in an effort to make up the balance where they didn't collect somewhere else.  The hospital also advises that Rocky Mountain's charges are far in excess from the outset (overbilled), compared to many other air ambulance providers.  It has been our experience, on behalf of more than one client being harassed by these collectors, that they are not extremely intelligent, they have their facts horribly confused, and they don't know the meaning of rules and promises.

Collector called asking for a Priscilla.. wouldn't give other info or company name.

Called for my husband about ambulance service.  Based on the info they are actually calling about my air bill since insurance paid what they were going to pay

I have gotten multiple calls from this number since early December.  Sometimes, they just hang up.  Othertimes, they leave a message asking for someone else.  They always give a different number to call as well as a reference number.
