The number is on my bamk statement with an unknown charge. When I call the number it is a recording with no business information and it says it is a service support number and call during regualr business hours.

I recommend that you go to the http://white-smiles.com web site and cancel the DentaWhite Home Delivery Plan - otherwise they would keep charging you every month and shipping you more of their product (see terms and conditions).
