No message left

Called b2b. No message.

Just received their voicemail but not the ringtone. Some operator hummed a lyric in the voicemail with no meaning.

Been calling my cell for weeks, finally decided to call this # back from a blocked phone hoping to get an idea of who's calling but it won't even ring.
Smells like another scam!

I have been getting calls on my cell phone since the beginning of October - 2 and 3 times a day.  I have blocked the number but they are still getting through to my voice mail...but the message is always just background noise.  Stop the insanity!

Some stock market research company (I didn't catch the name) that I had signed up for 'free' reports online are now following up with phone calls. Said I wasn't interested and have further blocked this number on my phone.

Call at least twice a day.  Never answer.  No mesages left

Called twice today 9:00 & 4:30 - left weird voicemail line off-the-hook coughing, clearing throat...unpleasant & annoying!
