I just spoke to a woman named Tanya from the number 877-804-4030.  She said she is a rep for verizon and wants to update our business phone contract w/ low rates.  Metro verizon business account is what is said by the phone operator when I called the number back.

have you checked with your local verizon account customer service. this may be a telemarketing company working on behalf of verizon.  you can never be too careful.

Left a message-said her name was April Duffy.  She called my business office on the pretense that she wanted to discuss the Verizon phone account.  Called back...no answer...I let it ring 25 times.

Got a call from Charlotte from 877-804-4450. Its a 3rd party reseller for Verizon. Its a bunch of crap. Don't listen to them, they will lie to you about your service and make you purchase upgrades for no reason. Tell them you're not interested and to stop calling. Then hangup.   I get these calls 3 times a week at my business.

got 2 calls this week from 877-804-4450.  guy who named himself as Ryan said he was calling from verizon because our current plan was set to expire.  was busy the first time he called but it struck me i recently received a letter from verizon about this.  i told him i needed to review materials i believed recently received and would call him back.  he called me back the next day and i took a message (like i wasn't there)....decided to google this # and ended up here....glad i found this.  btw...the letter received from verizon was stating that our plan would expire BUT that it was going to automatically renew....these 3rd party deals are so annoying!

I went through this process a couple of years ago.  These unscrupulous resellers will say and do ANYTHING to get you to sign.  I spent a few meetings with a guy that was persistent and polite only to discover upon what his contract stated was NOT was he had been telling me through several meetings.
The fine print will get you every time.

The Rep I got, Anisa, was very nice. Confirmed my verizon info, and asked if I wanted to continue with our current services.A faxed confirmation will be coming. I've caught the scammers before. This was ledgit! No sales, no changes to my account, and even told me I can contact verizon to have 3rd party blocking added to keep the scammers away

This is a scam....they called me saying from verizon, gave a fake number which they said is my business number and its expiring, but the fact is I do not have verizon for 15 years. Total Scam. She left a voicemail, but I am going to block them now.

Scam.  My Verizon contract wasn't expiring but that didn't stop Anisa from telling me it was.  

they are not a 3rd party. They are contracted to handle renewals. One of their reps added Fios to a few of my accounts and renewed a few of my contracts and everything went smoothly.

3RD party blocking is only good for 1 year.  Was just told this 9/14/15

Received a call from this number today, her name was Taylor Hoffman. Asked to speak to William. Said our plan was about to change and wanted to know if I still wanted to stay with Verizon.. I asked her who she was with and she said I believe " AS4U" I told her I would wait for something in writing from Verizon.

Received a call at our business from this number from a girl that right away did not say her name or where she was calling from. She asked to speak to the Owner or Office Manager of the company. She was very rude & unprofessional. She sounded sketchy. She said our account is coming up for renewal about some phone lines going up in prices. I told her that she would have to fax or mail confirmation on this first. She ran her mouth some more & I hung up. Stay away.

They call and don't leave a message or if I pick up they are not there. Just an annoyance several times now.

seems like this company doesn't this with all phone line providers. instead of saying they are who they are they say they are your phone line provider. apparently they have switched numbers
