Message stated there is a summons for me.  Called back - Rotherman(?) Associates - lady answered, said I owed for a payday loan to BNG and I was wanted for filing fraudulent information with a financial institution.  When I requested the documentation be sent to me she put me on with 'an attorney'.  When I told him this whole thing sounded fishy since I have never received a payday loan he said "all of you scumbags say that' to which I took offense and my response to him ended with him hanging up on me.  I called back, phone was busy, called again and there was no answer.....

Did these people ever serve you. I got a similar call. Called back, no answer. A lady called me over a month previous to the message stating I woud be served. She was very rude and when I began to question her regarding the nature of the call, she hang up in my face.

Unknown caller left voicemail stating I had a summons to be served couple charges against me. I'm thinking this is a desperate collection company who bought debt from lender trying to collect on it. Caller said his name was Marshall V. (Couldn't understand last name)
I've had run ins with similar companies or individuals trying to collect on old debts that have either been paid or written off by lenders.

Received call on cell from Anthony Batilla (sp) with "City Serve", State Processor....gave case number and clerks office number to call which is 877-805-5552.  Wanted to know if I knew about a suit against me, no I didn't, said that I was to call clerks office to resolve, he wouldn't give me his number for protection issues, I got upset, said this is a scam, said a couple of words and hung up.  He called back 2 more times, on 1 time left voice mail, said he tried to work with me & was trying to be cordial, but..he said he is serving me tomorrow with papers in the morning, but no later than in the evening, and to lock up dogs.  Would not discuss what this is about with me, still have no idea other than another telephone scam.Getting really tired of these type scam calls, more needs to be done to stop this type of harrassment.

My work place receive a call today  I'm suppose to call back immediately 877-804-5552 extension US651255 I'm sick an tired of this bogus harassment. Their threatening me with a summons but nvr once have I received anything in writing.First time my place of employment has been called - why can't this be stopped?FYI I refuse to call them back..
