- Caller: con serve
- Scott replies to 877-804-5574Welcome to my world. It's a collection agency and they don't believe me when I tell them I have no student loans. They keep asking for someone with an arabic name... not me. Oh well I guess I can just keep calling the 800 number and putting them on hold to run up their bill.
- Sue| 2 repliesI continually get calls from this place -- they ask for a Rosemary and I've even after I've repeatedly told them no one named Rosemary is at this number, this doesn't seem to stop them!! I'm not sure what they want me to do and really don't get it that they continue to waste THEIR money calling me. This is harrassment plain and simple but these dopes don't seem to get it, do they.

- justagirl replies to Sue| 1 replythey dont believe you because they hear it all the time. people like to lie and say that the person doesnt live there when they do. When they do that, people like you and I get harrassed for it. My dad got in trouble for someone having the same name as him...the people NEVER even checked my dads SSN to see if it was the same guy (which it was not) until he took them to court for harrassing him and charging him thousands of dollars.
- DantheweaponmanThis has been an on and off problem for me. The most likely explanation for this is that somehow our phone numbers are being stolen, most likely from places that possibly display it like facebook. Im sure that with how public your info is in sites like that that there are atleast some programs scowering the sites for usable personal information. Then its used on a loan form. THe one who commented on student loans, your at college age right? SOmeone takes enough of this stolen info to falsify and get a loan, we're lucky its just our phone numbers, atleast we're not the name. Identity theft has become a circle of different peoples information sewed into one, makes it harder to prove or even find. The only way to stop this is take your numbers off facebook or any other site and change the number. Untill you do that there will be periods of time from a few weeks to months long when collectors will be calling you for someone who most likely is just another victim.
So, take numbers of sites, change said number, and your problem is solved. -Dantheweaponman- Call type: Debt collector
- Andy PA better solution is to contact your provincial collection bureau and report the collection agency. If the person they are trying to reach does not live with you that the collection agency has no right to continually call you.

- mister haneyconserve company (or someone who says so) continualy calls and asks for information. when I ask what company is calling and what for the person says they cannot say.

- David replies to justagirlThey aren’t a first party collection agency so they don’t have the right to continue to call if you tell them not to. Therefore it doesn’t matter if people lie or not. They’re collecting on a debt that didn’t originate from them. They only have the right to keep calling if they were the ones who gave the loan - I worked for Sallie-Mae and learned a lot about this so I hope this information is useful because third-party collectors constantly break the rules and law by harassing people. I recommend telling them they have no right to call and if they do anyway threaten legal action. The law is on your side with this one.
- ChelseaThis number called my company's main office line and asked for me. I've filed complaints with them before and they call at inappropriate times and have hunted down MY BOSS'S NUMBER- way out of hand.
- Caller: Conserve
- Emil Fertil| 1 replyThis number keep calling and collected sensitive information about me, and then hanged up
- MikeHuntleton replies to Emil FertilThat is a good reason why nobody should give personal info to a stranger over the phone for no reason. Why anyone would do that is a mystery.
- Jenn| 1 replyLady was rude asking for my date of birth and other personal information saying it was a personal business matter she couldn’t give me any specific information about who was calling and she hang up
- BigA replies to JennGood thing that you came here and posted because now you know the company name of this debt collector.
