- SandThis guy named Warren called me yesterday and about 10 times during the Lunch hour asking for me or my Chief. He was very aggressive and threatening. My manager also spoke to this person. He said he was from global. He accused us of playing games with him and screening his calls, but we don't even have call display. I don't know who he is and he wouldn't tell me what it was about other than I owe him money and I had better pay up. But he keeps asking for the Chief. He is very intimidating and scary. I have called the police

- ChrisCollection agency called "AffGlo" (it would be so easy to make fun of that name....), trying to collect money for a company I've never heard of before. Keep calling my business, which they're not allowed to do, since I've spoken to them at home once, which means they have the right number to get me at home. A collection agency is only allowed to call your work to get your current home contact information; that's the single reason they can call your work.
Tell them not to call me again....what good does that do? Going to send them a registered letter and a bill for my time and postage shortly.- Caller: AffGlo
- MathewAs I recently went through bankruptcy and was discharged a month ago - due to personal matters and applied for a car (which I was approved) this collection agency was able to obtain my new information.
Due to my bankruptcy, it is illegal to contact myself at all regarding any past debt. (Which my ex spouse once I left incurred).
IT is illegal and they still tried every method to contact me, I stated this once I received the call, and directed them to my solvency lawyer. However it's almost like they didn't know the law at all, they still tried calling.
So this message is too that company, before you try harassing people at work (the comment above mine) which is illegal, and also try to get your employees to further contact an individual when they quite clearly are being protected by FEDERAL LAW do your homework, know the restrictions you have on collecting and by god for a $35 debt "Let it go".
Your company meant needs to know proper practice, so please train them accordingly or next thing you know you will be the one with debt, and a lawsuit.
Have a nice day- Caller: Affglo

- SarahWhy are you calling me in the middle of the night and early in the morning like oh my gosh
- Caller: I don't know
- AnonymI am extremely irritated by your service. Yes I owe money and I have been paying my debts but to have someone call me and tell me that there is something wrong with my arrangement when there has not been any issues is insipid. Nevermind the fact that I have to take time out of my already busy work day to have my phone ringing non stop ; I answer and no one is on the line. Then when I call back to ask why I am being called, the first thing I am told is that I havent been keeping up with my arrangement which is bogus!!!! I have been and then the representative Rob comes on the phone and says “Oh it was an error”. Of course its an error on your part, not mine and I am expected to be understanding when you I am being accused of something that isnt even true. Get your system fixed. Its not the first time this has happened.
And then your agent threatening me is not appreciated in the least. You call me 4 days before Christmas, telling someone that they havent been fulfilling their obligations and then threaten me when I express my irritation cause it’s a hassle for something that was bogus to begin with. I am extremely displeased!!!- Caller: Global
