Some 'nurse' called, left a message for my aunt who does not live here! Asking her to call back for a special offer from Blue Cross / Blue Shield, that "we havent heard from you since we letter we sent" Bunch of garbage.

This is not the first time BC/BS is calling, they have used different Texas phone numbers with no voice mail. I simply can't get these son's of b* to quit harassing me.

*Inovalon seems to be some type of health care company, I never heard of them.

This number also belongs to Inovalon, a third party company, that calls on behalf of your health care provider. They want you to attend free health checkup clinics at your local pharmacy, so as to lecture you on your BAD habits; all in an effort for lower insurance payouts to doctors and hospitals.. But don't expect your premiums to go DOWN !!

They call on behalf of a company that will perform the Medicare Wellness exam. They do this because spending a little money upfront will save them thousands should you have a condition which sends you to a hospital emergency room for treatment. This visit will cost your insurance company a couple of hundred dollars; a visit to the ER may cost them $5,000. I have done it before, my spouse has done it before and I know others who have done it. Sometimes they will give you a small gift for participating. This is a benefit provided by Medicare to keep you well and they step to the plate to do perform the exam.

If that is what they told you then they lied.

Shill alert! I mean, come on. Why else would you be here? You already know who called you so logically would have no reason to look it up.

Called from 215 234 7030 but left message to call 877 809 9473. Caller I.D. was Inovalon.

Message said they were calling in behalf of BLANK, no idea who, but left this number. Did not leave any details except to call them.

Today I got the call from this number and voicemail of asking me to call back as early as I can, said the call is from novalon on behalf of Amerihealth NJ. I look up the above messages, I decide to ignore it. Treat it as scam.

Suposedly it was Blue Cross, said wanted to schedule me for a phone meeting to go over my health care "to make sure my provider was giving me the best care", but when they wanted me to "confirm" my person info, I ended it. Doesn't sound right.
