This is a scam...Green Chambers Marketing...ask to update their records at no charge, but the disclaimer at the end states you can dispute charges applied to your phone bill....what a scam!

Received call from so called Green Chamber @ 877-812-4774 person talked over portion that confirmed you were over 18 (Coughed and made noises the other two times) had them replay it 3 times, then it skipped to next question. this is not a ligit offering. called their number, as well as sent them an email to support@green-chamber.org informing them that there better be no charges added to my phone bill.

Yep - they have been calling my number for weeks and I finally answered this call from "Pennsylvania" to get them to stop calling me.  They claim that they just want to verify my information and there will be no cost to me.  What caught my attention was something at the very end about adding money to my phone bill.  I called the 877-812-4774 number back and asked if I had inadvertently signed up for something.  They said, yes, I was going to be charged $49.95 a month for being on a phone listing.  I promply cancelled this and let them know that this is VERY misleading as they said I am simply Verifying information.  Very Shady

call and cancell your subscription, I got hundreds of calls from Penn. and free of charge, and then wanted me to verify our name, no and adress, and then I heard about 49.95 at the end. I called the 1-877-812-4774 no. above and told them to cancell the subscription. I filed a complaint with the national registry and I think I will with our attorney general as well.

I have been recieving several calls per day from a phone number in Pennsylvania 215-475-5478; when they finally got into touch with me, they were just "verifying" my business information for a database that allegedly we are already a part of (untrue).  The man on the phone said if I verified the information they would be giving me a toll free number to call and get more information- I continued to press him about the company name and what they do.  He said they are a "search engine" and then gave me an incorrect website address.  When I proceeded to tell him that it wasn't working and I wouldn't verify until he could provide proper validation, he informed me the web address is: www.green-chamber.org.  He said he would get a manager but the phone kept cutting in and out as if he was speaking to someone else while muting the phone because I was asking for too much information.  I continued to refuse to verify until they became unresponsive and I hung up.  I then found this site- Thanks to everyone who has helped call attention to this scam.  I called the toll free number on their website and requsted "technical support" and insisited on being removed from the call list.  I suggest anyone being harassed by them do the same.

For information about how this scam works, look up the number 215-475-5478 in this database (this is also Green Chamber), and read the posting about cramming (which is a type of telemarketing scam).  Whatever you do, do not give them your information or say yes to anything during their call, and if you ask to be taken off the call list and they call you back (which happened to me several times), report them to the FTC.

COMPLETE scam.  I am a VERY small business and am happy to list with various directories if it's free, but not at a cost. The telemarketer very clearly stated at the outset that this was only verification for a free listing, then talked loudly over the last of the recorded message so I couldn't hear it - I was dumb enough to think he was just making sure I waited for the right time to verify, but apparently the recording was verifying that there would be a charge.  Now I get a bill for that $50!  YES IT IS A SCAM. There is a Green Chamber site (you'll find several - can't remember which) that has a warning about this company. Now I will refuse any info to any directory...

They straight up told me they were calling to renew our business license, complete scumbags.  Do not trust these people, did not tell me they were from Green Chamber LLC at all.

Same thing, hit our dental practice--billed out for 2 months-(upfront!), called and cancelled right away--they sent me a fax stating my cancellation was confirmed--we were credited back the 100.00, but then charged again the next month!!!

I run a small business.  My wife does our bills.  You know how phone bills vary a bit each month.  Well - I just happened to look at the bill this month and the SCAM!!!!!! has been billed through AT&T for the past 4 months.

Thinking back yes I remember the call.  And the descriptions from previous callers sounds exactly like the call I received.  Never ONCE did they mention me being billed for anything.

Why would AT&T be a party to this?

I am livid.  I am watching every dime my company spends and this is FRAUD!!!!
