this number calls my cell every day

I have received 2 calls from this number in the last 2 days, they have not left any message.

They called me and said something about something is "assigned to this voice line."  Then the call ends.  WTF.

Same as above...yada yada (muffled) is assigned to the phone line.

This is Ring Central calling to update account information for accounts with failed transactions or in past due status.

Basically get a call same time every day

Seems like an attempt to at a new statistic dialing system

"No voice is attached to this phone line"......hangs up

calls every day - "no voice (something) assigned to this phone line."  

I have Ring Central and it calls when it has updates, new ads etc. I anwered it but there it was quiet.

its ring central trying to get a hold of you,  I had a credit card on my account that was stolen, and they extended my pay until yesterday (oops)  I have to call in and update my info.  Other than than, it do like ringcentral and its my fault they're calling :)  I also received a msg yesterday reminding me.

Fake loan scam and advance fee of scam.
