I received a call from my grandad stating I needed to hurry and call these people who called him stating I was being charged with "breach of contract" and "fraudulent use of a check" and if I didn't contact 877-816-0571 today I would be served. So I contacted the ppl spoke to a Brittany at extension 305 who wanted me to pay 100 right then and there to avoid me from having to go to court. I told her I am currently unemployed and didn't have the money right now. She then transferred me to a man who proceeded to speak in a "legal" tone and tried to scare me into giving him my info in order to pay him. I told him I didn't recall this payday loan and he proceeded to tell me I owed 435.00 and in would triple in court if I didn't stop the summons today. I asked for my account number with the loan company and he said he didn't have that info. I asked for the check number and amount as to which the "bad check" was wrote for and he didn't have that info either. By this time I knew something wasn't right. I told him I was willing to pay, just needed their address because I wanted to know who I was paying and considering I had never heard of them before I thought it was necessary. The guy acted like he didn't want to give it to me but eventually did P.O. box 742 amherst ny 14221... So I asked for his name "john Washington" told him i'd call him back when I came up with the money. I immediately looked up the phone number I had called and found nothing. I looked up their name "Santa Fe management" and found nothing. Looked up their address... Brought me to a NY Youth Softball website with an umpire by the name Jim Craig and that was his listed address. Needless to say I was advised by my attorney to tell them to F*** off and if they really are legitimate... Send me the bill. Surprisingly I am still receiving calls and as of 5mins ago the same guy keeps calling this time his name is John Powers and he will be here personally in 24hrs to serveme... Lol I told my husband it will cost him the amount of the loan just to get from NY to TN. These ppl are sad sad sad excuses.

Wow Im going through the same thing except the number I called is 877-859-9778. They told me the same thing about avoiding the summons and having to be sent to court. However, I was making a payment over the phone and the representative I was talking to was only able to take the first four digits of my credit card prior to my phone turning off due to low battery. I figured the payment didnt go through because I didnt provide enough information. To my surprise a transaction of $50 was taken out of my account and it was by the Santa Fe management company. There were no letters mailed out to me or messages left on my machine stating that the money would be taken out but even at that I never gave them any of my information to further the process of making the payment. Somehow, someway that were able to pull up my information and obtain the payment without full consent. Im disputing the transaction with my bank and Im trying to talk with a lawyer about the matter, if there's anything else I could do please advise me so that I am able to take action and resolve this issue

This is funny cause I got a phone call from the # 877-816-0571 saying they were gonna serve me. But the company name is different ADR Firm? They wanna serve me at my job of all places.

I've been contacted by a Julie Hargrave who leaves several threatening messages on my phone telling me to call 8778160571 and give them a reference number. She even called my ex best friend from 8 years ago, (which ironically got us talking again, at least that is good) and left the same message. She threatens in the message I'm going to be served if I don't respond and that they will contact and come to my place of business and residence. She said it's for bad checks but I don't use checks. I had another situation like happen from other numbers a couple of months ago and it too ended up being a scam. The FBI was looking into it, supposedly some websites/databases got hacked into that were for people who were looking into earning income from home, payday and personal loans, and bankruptcy. These companies call and threaten you and because they have quite a bit of personal information and contacts/references, people think they are legit and pay them what they want. DONT PAY Them Anything! They are a SCAM!!! They legally can't do anything they are threatening. They will call and harass and wouldn't put it past them to actually call your workplace but they wont come after you. Plus by law your workplace can't give them anything. I called mine and they said they are familiar with this scam and not to worry.

yea i got the same call called the # and was treated very proffessionally forgot about a stupid payday loan i took out i new it would catch me some day !!!  they gave me no problems !!!!! tried to pay through original creditor but they did not want to deal with me ! all i can say you take these things out pay them and it will all go away........ morgan dallas tx

i realized the same thing... i thought it was a scam but it isnt... they helped me get set up on a payment plan so i could resolve a loan i totally forgot about...and they were very professional about it... there is a verification process for everybodys protection. they never took and money with out my permission and even when a payment declined they tried to help me further... i even received a receipt letter in the mail showing i paid it off so i can dispute with anyone including the credit bureau.  Maybe if everyone would quit borrowing money or at least pay there bills they wouldnt get contacted? just a though

They called and gave my wife some BS story about bad checks, threatened to sue, etc etc. Definitely these guys are con artists and scammers.

I got a call from this place several times now.  If the number comes up unknown I send it straight to voice mail.  But you know I have a call blocker on my phone and it comes up from a radio station from my home town.  Yes this [***] are scamming people.  I don't give out any information.  They will try everything to get money from ppl.  I am hoping that these ppl get caught at what they are doing.

Morgan is a piece of Scum!... These [***] constantly contact my job leaving nasty as messages,.. All I say is call during my work hours so I can truly let ya ass know what to do.. When I call the number back no one answers.. Dayum [***]... Tired of this ish and even talking about coming to my job.. bring ya azz.. You got all my information somehow, probably by hacking someones information or something. But I tell you I AM far from a push over. I apologize people but I get really pissed at these phone slugs trying to rip people off. I asked for paperwork last year and these [***] stopped calling for a minute... Now they back leaving threatening messages that are being recorded and listed on my log. You either work for the scum or you are an actress in an infomercial, either way do not pay these people, if they can not be researched or have a listed number then they are not legit, ask for everything in writing and even documentation with your signature on it to prove it was yours. In the end they will come up with nothing and they will not serve you!!!!

If they can mail you a receipt they can mail you a verification of debt, get real they are pond scum who are liars and scum that feed off people to make a little profit. Im sure if your crap was declined they called and harrassed you for payment and not worked with you!!!
