877-816-1373

I just received two calls from a private number. They man left a message threatening me and stating that he has verified my address so I can be servers and if I don't call back 877-816-1373, and use the reference number he left I could be facing charges. HE KNEW MY SSN! I called the number that he left and it kept ringing then an automated voice came on. I just hung up. I called the police to report this. Please beware of this I feel like it is a scam. I also looked the number up and received no information. So you tell me what you think?

I too just received three consecutive phone calls from this number. It came in as a blocked number. A message was finally left and it was from an Anne (her nam was muffled). She never identified the company she was with, only that papers concerning me came into her office and I have only one chance to rectify this situation. I tried looking up the phone number that they gave but it is not pulling up any businesses. When I called the number it said something like Corey and Tray Services...not really sure. Anyways I think this is a scam, I have never received any written notification and they were using threatening legal wording to scare me. It did not work. Legitimate companies have to send you written validation of debt, so you have to chance to object to it.

They called family (even my sister's ex-husband of seven years) and gave out personal info. When i called the number, a man named John answered. they proceeded to give me my ssn, and all of my bank info just because I told them my first name. I started to complain about the breech of security they told me to "shut my mouth and listen". When I asked for information about what I was being "sued" for, they told me to google it. When I told them I don't have internet they laughed at me.
I did look up the company they told me (CMG corp LLC). After I got off the phone, I was immediately called back by an incredibly rude process server who refused to answer any questions. I had to ask four times.for the name of his company because he was mumbling (on purpose) then I made him spell it, but he still mumbled.
I found out CMG is being investigated for fraudulently loaning people money and then suing for it. When I called back with this info, I asked to speak to John. They told me he 'just left'. I asked for a supervisor. I was denied. When I said I needed to file a complaint about a security breech, the man (Jay or Jess) said "how's this for a security breech" and hung up on me. They hung up on me ten more times, then stopped answering at all. I called 60+ times.  I am fairly sure the company calling was  CoinTray.
