Then "Michelle" proceeds to leave a message from "the corporate office" that my loan can be adjusted.

I feel sorry for people who fall for this. They have recorded their message to me and keep sending it over and over, exact same message.

And they tried again today with a different voice and a more "sincere" sounding pitch.  "This is Morgan Smith with the Mortgage Assistance Help Center.  I am calling on a notice of default that was recorded in your county within the last 6 months ..."

Sorry Morgan, our house is 100% paid for.

Continuous Calling and leaving messages, on cell phone, messages cost $0.40 each, asked them to stop and still they continue, reported them to FCC no call list and still they call, this is like harassment, what can be done. It is a loan for homes solicitation.
