Received an unknown call which I never answer.  Someone with a southern accent who called himself Curtis Lewis left a message saying that he was from "The Court" and that I was being cited for breach of contract.  He said that someone would come to my house or place of employment I'm retired) to serve me with papers.  He gave me a docket # stated that I need to call 877-816-5359 for more info.  I have no outstanding contracts with anyone except for car payments which are automatically paid every month.  This has to be a new phone scam version.

Recvd Phone call at work a processor for the state will be delivering papers to my employment and to call 877-816-5359 - called the first time had accurate information on an old pay day loan through National Pay Day Loans with the exception that they were paid - when I called they identified themselves as ACS Litigation a collection agency - when I asked for original documents could not supply them everything was done electronically - 1st time spoke to a Miss Smith who transferred me to the senior paralegal by the name of Nick Solis - ask to verify who they were again and they could not disclose that because of threats against them - ask for something in writing again was refused and stated that all documents will be delivered to me from the processor - asked who the processor represented they in turn said the state - check with the state of PA and they advised I call the DA office that they had no case number with the number they gave me nor any records - a 2nd call came in from the processor Maureen Donovan and advied will be at my work in a few hours - I asked her who she worked for she said she was a subcontractor for the state and only delivered court documents to verify it with the state - When I called the number a 2nd time this time I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of James Barbour - and he gave me the same answers - I then asked how can I settle this without any embarrasment and then I will get it rectified - he said hold on I check with the senior para legal he then came back and said if I paid them $200 tody the action would be stopped - told them I have no fund to do that then he said you will be served and hung up.  

Please if anyone received similar call let me know - I soon as I get a change I'm calling the DA office and filing a complaint - it is difficult to do from work so I have to wait when I'm at home.
And contacted my power of attorney to call them.

Received a phone call from a Derek Powers saying he has been trying to get a hold of me at home and work but has been unsuccessful that there is a court judgement against me. He then goes on and says he will have to turn this over to Internal Affairs since I am a correction officer (which I am not) and they will have to figure out how to get a hold of me. They also call my family and two of my friends that i had listed on payday loans years ago.
