For days they've been calling and leaving no message...

I get multiple calls a week. Sometimes daily! They hang up without leaving messages.

I too have had calls from this number, which shows "Diversified" on caller ID. I have disconnected my answering machine, as telemarketers and scammers of all types have essentially taken over the nation's telephone system and no one really knows how to stop them, as they route calls through foreign countries and use spoof numbers. Until we lean on law makers, state and federal, to commit resources to stop the nonsense and impose penalties that make this stuff unprofitable and unwise, they'll continue to pester the hell out of us. To the person who said a message said to "press 1,"  if you are such and such a person, once you press that number, they now know this is a valid number and your number will be sold to other pests and scumbags. Some companies just compile lists of valid numbers and then sell them to others. If you indeed get to talk with a live person and tell them to remove your number, they likely will do so, but again, they now know your number is valid and they will simply call you from another of their numbers. I don't know how true this is, but I read online somewhere, that if you get nasty with the callers, they can sue YOU for foul language and such. No need to tell you that business, legit or otherwise, are really in charge of the country.

I once got 16 calls in one day from this number and I want it stopped as they call several times a day!

I got a message from them saying they are Debt collector

Been getting these calls for weeks on my cell which is on the do not call list.

They dont leave a message and call numerous times a day. Very annoying!

I am apparently not the person they are looking for and I have advised them numerous times however they continue to harass me...  I want it to stop already.... Or find better means to contact Daniel Franco...

I answered the phone with 877-816-7196 shown on caller ID.  My number is Magic Jack account used for business.  A recording says: "This is an attempt to collect a debt. Anything you say can be used against you."  I wait and a person speaks "may I speak with Sarah Bagwell".  I answered "There's no one here by that name."  She apologizes and hangs up.  Once before they called me and asked for someone else.  Some kind of scam?

Repeated, and I mean REPEATED calls.  Have filed complain after complaint.  Eventually, it will get through to them, no one at this number will communicate with them in any way or form.

This number is from Diversified Adjustment Service, purportedly a debt collector.  It's the same idiotic firm that calls claiming that they are the IRS and are going to sue you.  That is such an obvious scam because they say they're from Internal Revenue Services, and of course the correct name is Internal Revenue Service, it's not plural.  Besides if the IRS has an issue with you, they will contact you via the US Mail, not by phone.  I ignore their calls.
