EVERY DAY AROUND 6PM TO 7:30PM, THE CALLER IS A FEMALE. SAYS SHE IS KATHY FROM NEBRASKA, AND THAT IT IS URGENT THAT I CALL BACK. NO COMPANY NAME, ETC.  I KNOW NO ONE THERE, NOR HAVE I DONE BIZ THERE SO I DO NOT CALL.

I get this number calling me every day and I'm sick of it.  They say to call back and ask for Kathy.

I get the same call, will try to call back tomorrow and try to find out more about this call.

Got the same one every week or so for the past month or two with the exact same message.

I called it and the name of the company is "West Asset Management" formerly "Omnium Worldwide".  

Most likely a collection agency.  I recently moved and my new number obviously belongs to a "Charles" who didn't pay a bunch of bills.  Their call center system possibly uses its own phone number lookup as opposed to the name from caller ID since the person I talked to, "Allie", said my name came up as Charles whoever.

This person is claiming they are from Cigna and asking me to update policy information, however when I called Cigna, they are unaware of who this person is. Seems fraudulent!

This person just called here claiming to be Cigna also. They don't call to update policy info. Seems definately fraudulent.

Said they were from Cigna calling to update my information. When I called Cigna they said this is not a Cigna phone #.

SCAM! Left message asking to call back for coordination of benefits. Called CIGNA and they confirmed it is a scam.

Yup, same here.  I got a call from a private number and I didn't pick it up so it left me a voicemail claiming from Cigna and asked me to call back to update benefit information.  I googled the number and came here.  It's a scam.

I just called Cigna and they confirmed that it was a legit third party that handles their coordination of benefits. I only gave them my name and date of birth. The Cigna rep told me that that is in fact all they ask for. If they ask for more (social sec #, etc) it is not legit.
