Received VM from JAA yesterday. Same script as mentioned by others. This was the first message I got and for all I know, the first time they contacted me. Anyway, within 2 min of calling me, they called my husband and left the same message adding that my VM was full. I call BS and did not respond. Any legit company would not immediately call a relative without giving me time to respond. I feel quite violated and since I never got anything in writing from JAA, I have no plans to call them back. If they're real, they would already know how to find me

had the same message! when i called they did have my date of birth AND the last of my social which is scary... had a 888-249-0156 number

had the same message and i called the number, didnt confirm anything but they did have information that was scary...

I received that same call from 313-989-0381 today. They told me to call 888- 403-1871 and gave me a Document reference number . Told me that they were prepared to move forward and take legal action.

The reference number they gave me was for a different person. Then I was put on a long hold "while they looked it up". The only reason that I called them is because they called my dad.
