caller id 8778170882 no meg called back message says office is closed

Got a call last night from this number -- I did not answer it either.  If it's verizon customer service, why don't they leave a message or have the company named show up on caller id?  I don't want to be harrassed.

877-817-0882 belongs to an answering machine for Patrick Kaerns of Wells Fargo Home Morgage. I see alot of other people said it was from Verizon. I think this # is a scam of some sort.

Got a call from this number on my house phone and did not answer it.  A few days later, I had a missed call on my cell, which I never give out as a contact number, and sure enough, it was the same number.  No message was left either time.

Called my cell phone. Left no message. I called the number back this morning and got "Sorry-our office is closed" Who is this???

Same thing, called me yesterday at 12 pm, today at 9 am... no answer on the first time, no voicemail on the other...  What is going on?

got a call today from this number around 3:15, no message.  annapolis, md.

got a call from this number on my cell @ 3:31. no message. - Westchester County, NY

I answered the call from this number today. It is Verizon Wireless. My text messages are over what my plan covers this month so they were asking me to increase my plan.

called twice around 7pm on two separate occasions. no message left. hate being harassed. does anyone have a clue who this is?

multiple times over past few days - never a msg.  I have unlimited text/data/voice, so verizon is on its ball if they have me on a list to upgrade..typical.

verizon call telling me I was coming close to exceeding my text allowance. they want me to sign up for more programs

received call on cell a 1/2 hrs ago. Called back and got message office is closed. would not be surprised if verizon.

they have been calling me at all hours of the day & night every day. No message, I am beyond pissed - I don't care who it's from, why can't they go the hell away?

I got several calls from them too. It's Verizon Wireless trying to sell me on a "text message package"

It IS Verizon, Promotions dept.
I was being harassed by my phone company!!
They couldn't even hook me up with customer service, they said I had to call separately or go to the website.
When I told them to stop calling they said they would-- sometime in the next 30 days.

Just called the number got a recording:  "Hello, we called you recently to let you know that you may have gone over your texting limits.  Press 1 to speak to a sales person".
