A local number called (515-465-1028) and told me that a suit had been filed against me and said "Do you mean to tell me that you don't know what suit I am talking about?" I told her no and she said to call 877-817-4395 and they will send me the paperwork. I have had this happen a few years ago and it was a scam to try to scare you into paying money on something that is false.

I got a call today (331-465-0386) and told me that a suit had been filed against me and said "Do you mean to tell me that you don't know what suit I am talking about?" I told her no and she said to call 877-817-4395 and give them this claim.  The caller wouldn't identify their company she was calling from or the company that a suit against me.

I have received two calls from (209-340-3534) telling me that I have a suit out against me and they are going to come to my work if I don't pay this debt. They told me to call back 877-817-4395. Nobody can tell me what this is for or produce any paperwork on what this is for. I believe this is a scam

This very ghetto unprofessional person is a scam when I said I need time to think n consider my options she hung up!!! No real bill collector threatens you and says you need to make a payment today "before its out of their hands"

This so-called scum bag, minimum wage welfare collecting ho, called today every other office in the building today threatening, belligerent, the fn usual. Where's the papers? The court documents? etc, etc. Get a life better yet get a job. You d-bag

This is EXACTLY what just happened to me 5 min ago, and yesterday as well.  When I said " yeah go ahead and come serve me the papers, i know this is a scam, I have been reading about it on the internet for the last two days."  She immediately got irate and started yelling and screaming at me, then just hung up!  Dont fall for this crap!  Losers need to find a real job!  SCAM!!  A local number called (515-465-1028) and told me that a suit had been filed against me and said "Do you mean to tell me that you don't know what suit I am talking about?" I received a message from someone asking for  James Mack whoever that may be, but he was very rude on the voice mail. The number that called me was 1-877-817-4395 I never called back and I don't plan on calling back.

Have been receiving many calls. They are calling friends and relatives telling them I have a legal matter that I need to deal with. They even called an old boss from 20 years ago, how do I make them stop? I even told the one lady who called me that I was going to be home so she could deliver the papers,  well of course no one showed up

The entries here are datd April 2014, except for one in August 2014. Well, it's now May 2015, and the scam's alive and as disgusting as ever, half-baked with the same basic ingredients. Caller had local caller ID. He did his best to talk tough and sound mean. He's clearly practiced many times and did a passably good job. "I've called you before..."  Well, then why are you calling back? "The frim has the papers." Swell. They should keep them because I certainly don't want them. "Last chance to call the firm..." OK. I'll pass, so no need for you ever to call back. "Return call to the firm immediately. 877-817-4395."  No, let's you and I just never talk about anything ever again. Deal?

I do hope this really was my last chance. A few days have passed and, so far, so good. Unfortunately, that most likely means he has more time to bother others. Too bad more can't be or isn't done about these callers. At least there's this site.
