They are scammers, not microsoft

I called back they claim to be from Microsoft so i play along and they want in my computer after i say i follow their direc. But really dont to take control of my pc they ask for code that appears on screen and i spell out to them a very derogotory phrase which takes the guy a couple of secs to figure out and he then gets furious!!! I then tell him, may the flees of a thousand camels infest your balls goodbye.

they are not scammers nor microsoft or windows , indeed they are third party that gives services.
since they worked on my computer, it seems to be working fine...thanks to them..

I'd expect, since YOU'RE so satisfied with them, that you'd have no trouble passing along some information on who this outfit is. Maybe some of us are having technical difficulties with our computers and would benefit from their outstanding service. 'Sofftoil LLC' doesn't have too high of praise there Alex.

My wife answered my cell phone and this person insisted to talk to me.  My wife told him to call me back but he did not want to hang up and said some unauthorized person was using my computer.  The person was very insistent and didn't want to hand up so my wife had to hang up on his.  Before she did that the caller said I could call him on his cell number 877-817-5188.   I called that 877-817-5188 number but call a voice recording saying an voice mail account had not been set up.  He then called back at the time my wife said.  I asked him some very specific questions.  What I fond was this:  his company "badge ID number is WE3ZW (whatever that means), and he is authorized by microsoft to work on computers.  My guess is he probably passed some Microsoft exam and has some Microsoft certification. He said his company is in Tacoma WA (my cell number is from Seattle WA).  Anyway, I asked him to take my number off his call list and he said he did not have a call list.  I asked him then how did he get my phone number and he said he was updating his customer list so I asked him to take me off his customer list.  I told him this conversation was finished and for him to hang up but he continued to try and explain why I needed his services,  I told him if he was in fact looking for customers he was going about it the wrong way - he was being rude and unresponsive to my repeated requests to hang up.  I ended up hanging up on him and blocking his phone number from my iPhone.  By the way, the number he called me from was 855-550-2055 but he said his cell number I could call him back on was the 877-817-5188.

You got a 'badge' number, but not a company name?  Oh, that is a sign you are dealing with a real sharp scammer.
I am about 1000% certain the guy never even got near a MS certification course.  All he knows is how to take your credit card info and maybe to install some malware in your computer if you give him a chance.  And forget those phone numbers being in the US, the call is coming from India or Pakistan. You smart to block the calls, but I am guessing they will keep trying, using new numbers.
ps - NEVER Call Back unknown names, and numbers.  And do not engage with these crooks.  No good can come of it.
