- Ethan replies to EricaThat's hard to say, cause they were apparently to serve me today. Called me for the third time since Thursday, reminding me that I'm gonna be served. Called after 10am Thurs./Fri. & today Mon. But first it was from a 405 area code, then they left number 1-877-819-5937 when u call it goes right to voice mail. Same thing on the 1-405-563-1711 cauz it goes right to an automated service no live person. I believe it's a scam.

- Sherry G.| 1 replyCalled me saying they have a carrier service that’s coming out to my house today to serve me legal documents. Get this...They even called my ex-mother-in laws house, I havent been in that family since 1989. They call my husband, my mom. It's a scam. If I had anything in collections it would have showed up when I purchased my home just reciently. I dispise people like this.
Remember ALWAYS have them email you proof of debt to the email address they have on file. If they ask you questions NEVER give them any information about you or your family.- Caller: Daisey Local something & deliveries

- Sherry replies to NicoleI have been getting these calls for the last couple of years and no one has ever showed up.
- Gunnar replies to Sherry G.E-mails are legal notice of NOTHING! This outfit is required to MAIL you a "dunning" letter within 5 days of first contact with you. They won't. Scammers are terrified of serious federal chareges, such as Mail Fraud.
There are NO PAPERS to deliver to you. Not any "legal documents" & certainly not a Summons. If you doubt me, simply call your local Clerk of Courts offices and ask if you've been named in any civil actions. I can guarantee that you will not have been, hence there are NO DOCUMENTS!
The clowns using this number are using the oldest ploy in the "Fraudulent Debt Collectors Handbook". It's called Intimidation. They're hoping to find targets that are more stupid than they are. Don't let that happen.
Be Safe. Be Aware.
Gunnar - Duffy JohnsonRobo-called me on my cell. Did not leave a name or company name, only this number (when I called it I got an error message and a forwarding number, 800-289-3355. They had no idea who Rothman & Kline were. I've received scores of these types of calls. "This is your last chance!", "You're being served papers/a summons at your place of employment tomorrow!!" Occasionally I'll talk to one of these [***] and give them all the information they require before telling them they're a low-rent scumbag debt collector lying through teeth, and that no one will ever show up with a summons because they don't exist.

- Ann NonomousListen up. Not only is it illegal to impersonate an officer of the court. But! An officer of the court (a.k.a.Process server or legal dept) would never call and leave such a message.
Legal cases would be mailed by certified mail from a lawyer or court house and you would be served (without notice) by a real process server.
If someone where to actually serve you they would need to file in court First! to do so. And they would never give you a heads up.
Next time they call. Ask them is this the court house or a comoany? Then ask the name for the company name and then persons first and last name (for your legal records) and THEN tell them you are going to report them for Illegally impersonating an officer of the court, which is Fraud! and harrassment for the multiple calls. Tell them you have saved all of the voice mails to prove the fraud and that they had better stop or you will contact the FTC.
Your welcome :)- Caller: 8778195937
