DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. - SyracuseI got a pop-up on my laptop stating a 'Zeus Virus' had been detected and instructed me to call 'Microsoft Technical Support' at (877) 821-4559. I called and the support appeared to be helpful but I became suspicious when he didn't know what Kaspersky Anti-Virus was. He asked me how much I paid for it (which is odd, to say the least.) I hung up- and they called me back SIXTEEN times.
