e mail from them at my email address but addressed to someone else.  I do not have a TJMaxx card or account.  What bothered me most was that it was addressed in the letter body to someone I do not know but correctly sent to my e mail address.  No way to call them to get it straightened out if someone else has hacked my ID

Receiving a call each and every day from 877-822-2014.  It's a computer call regarding TJX Rewards.  I looked that up and I've never even entered a TJ Max nor a Marshall's to shop for anything.  Go figure.  I'm sick of this.  What can be done to get off this list their calling.

This is a number from TJMaxx credit department, probably collections.  We got a call with a detailed phone message from them, but, knowing it could be a scam, we called the number on our credit card instead.  Our problem was easy to solve (I hope). Somehow my wife had two credit cards and the one she never used generated the call.

Nevertheless, you probably should not call the 877-822-2014 number because you may end up with a collector, and, in general, a person has to be basically evil to work collections.  Try calling the number on your credit card, probably 800-952-6133, assuming you do have a TJX (TJMaxx) credit card.

I've been getting a call every day from this number for the past few weeks with an automated message saying something like: "This is a message from Synchrony Bank regarding TJX Rewards credit card.  Please call 1-877-222-2014."  Then it gives the website (tjxrewards.com) and mailing address.

I've never had any kind of account with either Synchrony Bank, TJX, or the companies they're associated with (e.g. Walmart, T.J. Max, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra Trading Post).

When I call the number, they ask for an account number and when I don't have one they ask for a social security number (which I don't give), so I guess it could be a phishing scam.  Eventually, if I say "agent" enough times I can get through to a person, though, who seems to be with Walmart credit services and has no record of any account associated with my phone number.  Calling TJX Rewards (number found on tjxrewards.com) yields the same result - no record of an account with my number.

They called our house three times saying that we didn't pay for our TJ Maxx card when we just made the payment a week ago on the card itself, claiming to be TJ Maxx. They asked for our account number and social security, and we told them we'll call TJ Maxx's number on the back to ask about our payment and whether it went through. We contacted TJ Maxx and reported the number, and we've also contacted our bank as well. These jerks need to stop.

I get 2 to 4 calls a day from this number, they NEVER leave a voice mail!! If it is some sort of collection call, survey or political call, not leaving a message defeats  the whole purpose of the call!.....annoying!

Thanks for the info.  If you are truly late with any card companies will have a live person to talk with you and give you the information about your card and the amount due.  I'm still old-fashion and do not accept calls such as this.  Better to be safe than sorry people.

I also don't owe TJ MAXX any money but they keep calling me all the time.  Tell them to stop!!!!  I have it blocked on my phone but still saw the number that was calling.  I don't know what the calls are about because I have it blocked.  They must be desperate for something.  I am cancelling my card due to all of this.
