I have a charge of $39.95 coming out of my bank account every month that is attached to this phone number and I have been trying to figure out what it is and how I can stop it!

I have this also and you should find the telephone number if you do bill pay thru your bank account statement beside the name. Call the number to cancel or have your bank investigate the charge. I believe it is Save Big and when you signed up you had to take another offer. You have to cancel both of them. I choose the home protection and I cancelled it in time not to be charged BUT forgot to cancel Save Big.I called today and they cancelled it and gave me a refund. If you pay your bills online you should find it there. I found the number 1-866-680-0898

I had the same problem too and I tried both the number the person above listed and the number listed next to my purchase transaction. Neither worked and the company gave me this number to call: 888-583-9936. Turns out it was a membership where u got 100$ gift vouchers or something ;/. Regardless tho, that number worked just fine. If u still need to u can try that

Hi, I work at a bank in my City. This is also Happening to a few of our members. please be extra cautious on who you talk to on the phone do not give out any info about yourself or anyone you are with. Its a very simple scam that could easily trick any of us. keep your information confidential and dont give out anything. Other than that go to the bank where the money is being taken from. Cancel your debit and cred cards, re issue them and block the old accounts completely.. Thanks hope that this helped.

Monies taken out of my account in the amount of $24.95 Feb 15,2012 Did not order or know anything about the  company. Called and asked to cancel whatever this is. Also having a problem with CAA8882733608,where $39.95 have been takened from my account without knowledge.Another company by the name of Family Safe Life Pleasant Grove,Ut have takened $19.95 from my account this month which have left me with non payment for my utilities and medicine. I'm 70 years old on a fixed income,How come these thieves are allowed to do this to people? I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I had $19.95 taken out of my account this week have no idea who or what for. It is still pending so I am going to the bank and have payment stopped on it and cancelling by card. I have not received a phone call so I don't know how they got my card #.

My wif recently tryd to get a app. For on loine schooling n at the end of the process n a sapoed payment of 395 the phone was transferd to someone els trying to sell insurence we told them no and thought that was the end of that untill i looked at my bank statement to find out the same basterds by the name of safe life out of pleasant utah took 19.95 out of my account i did not buy [***] from them n i want to no how i can at least stop this [***] from happening again....can anyone tell me wat i can do to stop this [***]..

I just saw a charge from my safe life on my account and am disputing charges. I recently had fraud on my account and the card was shut down to investigate $1300.00 of online/phone purchases. I saw this today and was told by my bank the charge was authorized back on 7/14 so it still came through for $19.95. Interesting thing is as soon as I noticed the other fraudulant charges I recieved a mailing from my safe life/family safe life with a yahoo email address created in my name and a password provided instructing me to login and update my info to have my account monitored for identity theft...I knew it was a scam and did nothing with it obvioulsy as my bank is investingating the who issue. So now Im guessing all my other fraud started after this charge was authorized no clue how this happened nor did I ourchase anythign associated with this company.

This number took unauthorized $29.99 via a card debit. caught it during processing. my bank had to cancel my card & issue a new one. I still need to dispute transaction at bank.

They did the same to me. I am in my 60's and my husband was recently robbed, shot, and killed. They assured me they were only taking $2.95 for a trial subscription then I could cancel. Now I see $19.95 additional out of my account for identify protection I clearly said no to as I already have it. The customer service numbers I was given are 1855-206-1600 and 1866-549-6225. My electric bill is going to bounce and I will be with out electricity until next Friday when I get paid. Off course their customer service is closed. They stole money out my account to it was kinda hard to cancel it seeming I'm outta town on a family emergency.

Same to  me .....some kind of phone scam....I cancel all my CC and dispute the money...I recommend to have a 2nd checking account and then have all deposits and ALL the money on a primary accnt when u need to use a CC transfer  JUST what u going to use never have more than 50 cents or a scam like this may happen .....im starting to think seriously to use cash only.....this s the 3rd time my CC are stolen and used......

Hello All!  I have just been scammed by this company as well, which claims to be an identity theft company.  Everyone here who this has happened to, please email me.   I am planning a way to get the money returned.  I hope to collect as many names / interviews as I can to post bad publicity for this company... enough so that they will GLADLY refund money, and possibly damages.

Why don't you folks simply call the 800 number and ask for a refund and/or more info about these charges?
