They will seperate you from your money and you'll just be broker than before. I looked into the building they located in and the listing of all business in that building,,,,NO Kenneth and Doyle Finacial.....

i tracked the 877-826-8582 number to Levittown, NY and their supposed fax number of 313-346-1423 to Cadillac Square in MI. There is no buisness of Kenneth and Doyle financial listed at the 333 W. Fort Street Detroit MI

you are right, i got burned my wife and i are really in a bad spot we needed a small personnel loan. I got hurt a few years back and had to wait 3 yrs to win my case with SSI Disability and it ruined our credit. I have contacted  7 on your side and we are going to try and do something. I have my lawyer involved but lets see what that does. I am in New Jersey can anyone tell me where that phone is located if it is in new york somewhere i will pay this man a visit.A little Louisville will go a long way. One more thing does anyone know anything about honest private lenders that really want to help people that can pay off small personnel loans and try to better there credit a little at a time. Don’t give up looking for a loan. It is very disappointing that we treat each other this way. I’m very sorry about this. If I could do something to help you I would but I’m in the same financial predicament as you. This all stems from the banks and the rules they play by. Yes we all hear that SBA is there and backed by the Uncle Sam, but the real story is its just smoke up your  you-know-what. There isn’t any SBA’s going out. Let’s not forget the poor soul that just needs a bump to get there bills paid or has had some unforeseen circumstance occur in their lives and need a little help. You will not find any banks in your corner. I don’t know what happed to America. Maybe we should rename it Corporate Bonus

The company has been calling me for a week.  They even sent me a contract to sign.  I am very sceptical about this as I read these postings online. I can not afford to loose any money, if I could I would not be applying for a loan.  Is there anything that can be done about these SCAMMERS?

Yes, there is something you can do, but it will take time and effort and you won't get anything in return. You need to take the "contract" they sent you and contact law enforcement, starting with the attorney general in your state. These guys are criminals, but if no one complains they will keep on stealing.

U need to contact the Better Business Bureau if you report them they will investigate them.  They will also post the business on theyre website.  That way other people will not get hurt.

The BBB has no ability to stop criminals.  You need to report crime to law enforcement.

Yea, they did the same thing to us, took our money and did not do what they promised us. $36000.00 right down the u know what.
If you find them choke them for us also.
They are a bunch of scammers and should be prisoned for life, as far as I'm concenered.

I live in Pa and called the Attorney Generals office in Pa, they gave me a number for Michigan General Attorney, they gave me a number for Attorney General in Canada, filed a report, but will get nothing back from these scammers.
What good does it do if they don't go after them.

We paid them $3600.00 for a loan, they keep telling us they need more money, investor backed out, they filed a lawsuit against them.
We also paid $69.99 to find loans for bad credit, that is how they got our number. They tell us we will get our money back in our account on March 6th. that will never happen.They need prosecuted.

they have been shut down by the ofir . they are no longer in business and the website is down too. they are scammers and  i had the misfortune to deal with them and lose my money. i just got off the phonewith the ofir office for insurance regulators. they shut them down for good and they said to contact an attorney to try and get money back

I also got scammed by them..never got my money back either..lost $869.00..can't afford to lose that kind of money..these people are scammers..should have listened to my gut feeling when I was wiring the money to a "Marie" for Toronto, Canada..sucks when this happens..will never do that again.

Yea, James Finch is an ass.I called to "play" with his head to tell him I was ready to send my money and he never called back.I guess he knew his a** had been found out!!!! I would piss on him if he was on fire!!!!! Thankfully they got shut down, lets just hope that they dont assume another name and do this again!!!!!
