This company will call business owners claiming to be the BBB...they are not..they are Bold Staffing Solutions LLC out of DallasTX., They have an F rating with the BBB..some BBBs around the country use them to lie to you to get you to apply for accreditation . IT ONLY MAKES SENSE..IF YOUR LOCAL FRANCHISE BBB USES THIS COMPANY. .THEY MUST BE BAD ALSO..JUST GOOGLE BBB ON 20/20 FROM 2010...USE COMMON SENSE

They called me claiming to be the Better Business Bureau.It doesn't sound like she knew what she was talking about. Obviously not the BBB. She claims that im losing business and if I join I will get more.Im doing just fine without those outdated dinosaurs.

"Don Molander" called claiming to be from the BBB and needed to talk to the owner of our dental practice, as he had received complaints registered to our phone number.  He needed to talk to the owner only, and asked that he call him asap at 877-830-1104 x 1336 - turned out to be a sales pitch/scam.

You might want to check your facts because Bold does not have an F rating with the BBB.

If you get a call from this number they are legit.  They are sub-contractors for several BBB's around the country that is because some local BBB's dont have enough man power to invite ethical business's to get accredited.  Being a BBB accredited business gives you another sales tool to use as a business.  These guys will help you get a better exposure and credibility.  I know there are people out there saying negative things about these guys but I am just telling you if you get a call from these guys I would definitely take 5 mins to listen and get educated on what BBB does for you and at the end of it all if you are satisfied enough you can choose to become accredited and off course there is a fee to join depending on the number of full time employees you have at the business currently.  The fee's is part of the application you have to go through to become accredited.  They have to check your business history make sure you have no government actions or any current complaints pending.  Fees could start from around $300.00/year.  Yes you heard it correct it is a yearly thing and not monthly.  Once you are up for renewal they will let you know before hand.  It is something not automatically renewed because things change business wise.  You can also visit the www.bbb.org website to learn more.  But I would recommend to take 5 minutes to take the call it might the most important call if you are a business owner.

Called claiming to be the Better Business Bureau but caller ID came up Nextiva.

Don Molander is now calling with the following # 202-618-5367, which is a DC number... trying to make it look like he is local to me. According to the internet he lives in Los Angels or Culver City, CA.

This man John Moladner called claiming to be from BBB and said he wd sen d an email to me. I stupidly gave him my credit card number and have received nothing from him.

We just got a call from Don Mulander claiming to be from the better business bureau and ALSO CLAIMING THAT he was calling on a complaint he received..... This guy was an [***] so we just shut him down.. Do not call him back instead CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DIRECTLY AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR... The supervisor was pissed that DON MULANDER DOES WORK for BBB but is scamming people!!! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH HIM CALL HIS BOSS AND COMPLAIN AS THERE IS NO COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Got a call from this number claiming to be better business bureau, name was Courtney Singleton ,said she could only speak to the owner and there is a discrepancy and inadequacy and a complaint ,BBB never heard of her, after reading of the reviews I didn't bother returning the call

Don Molander called our office claiming to be BBB and was very persistant and rude. His return number he gave was 805-618-1622.
