yep. Recorded message. Same message to call to clear up account with Sabina from Spectrum. Spectrum looks to be an internet provider- looked them up online. The phone numbers do not match and it comes up on my phone as "unrecognized" caller. iPhone ironically will not let me block the number for whatever reason when I go to the more information tab. So annoying.

Same message over and over. Robocall for sure.

Same as others here. "Spectrum calling about an equipment return" You can hear it's some time of call center from the noise in the background.

Got an email from ocs@charter.com stating:  Dear Spectrum Customer,

We have completed your equipment research request. The equipment in question has been removed from your account. If applicable, your account has been credited. You will see the adjustment within one to two billing cycles.

Got an email from PCS@charter.com- asking to discuss a business matter with me. The email is signed Offline Customer Support with contact phone # 877 833 4675. The funny thing is that the little icon for spectrum shows up in yahoo email like its legitimately from Spectrum.
