Ok everyone who is legit...

1 go to your local police department and file a report bring all your paperwork with you.
2. file with your senator that you were scammed and mayor
3. go to www.ic3.gov
4. go to www.fraud.com
5. contact western union and file a fraud report
6. change your bank accounts
7. put an alert on with your SS number
8.  File a fraud alert with your bank as you change accounts
9. contact your local newspapers/tv stations
10. file with bbb even though they are no help.

the more you file with fraud departments, fbi, etc they will acutally pay attention.

Finally, keep on top of changing numbers and let me know if anyone finds their updated or new webpage.  It appears the one that got most of us is gone...new number is 87707491134--need more info contact me.

Anyone know what Castle Valley Lending Group new telephone number and web site is?

I want my $1870 refunded and know they are still out there ripping people off.
The phoney names they used were William Stone  ext 224 and Mike Robinson ext 510.
I belive they are still operating from providence rhode island.

Contact the Providence Police department and bring all your reciepts if you live local if not go to your local station.

Marie have you tried contacting your phone company.  If they are sending you faxes and calls to your phones sometimes the phone company can trace the call to see who is harassing you.  Worth a try.  Let me know if you get anything. I want to crucify these guys.

I need help I believe it is to late for me I think I was scammed by valley brook lending services Isent them almost 800 dollars and was told I would receive the money within 24 hours and no such thing happend they are requesting a $1000 dollars more and refuse to return my original amount sent help

We too have fallen victim to these preying, deceitful thieves. Our company is "Fisher and Coleman Financial Solutions"...supposedly located in Chicago. I believe they may somehow be attached to this Greystone Company people have commented on as when you call the 877# it is THE SAME EXACT RECORDING - just different business name.
Primarily the same thing...they told us we'd been approved for the $25,000 personal loan, they asked for 5 months up front ($1440) plus the Western Union fee of $125....this was sent to Canada. We then got a call the day we were supposed to get the loan to be told, nope, they'd rescinded unless we sent another 5 months....we didn't have it - we didn't have the first 5 months we had to borrow it from someone.....so now we, of course, have been "promised" a full refund by certified check on 06/04/10 - we won't see it....
When we questioned how they could do this, they claimed that there was a "mysterious" page of the original fax that was "inadvertantly" missed....when we indicated that wasn't our fault they indicated that it wasn't their fault.....they also claimed that we signed 2 pieces of paper - that isn't true we signed only one.
We have called everyday since last Friday requesting them to fax over the proof that we signed 2 forms and we have yet to receive anything. My husband calls their daily and "screws with them a little" ironically they always answer and engage him.

Yesterday my husband asked to meet them in person at their office in Chicago - they've agreed to a meeting with the CEO (who does that????????????) on 06/03/10 at 12pm. My husband and father have been planning to go ahead and go as it is close to home....

In the mean time my dad located the office building and the owner/mgr of the building who stated that he has no renters by this name and that this Suite 503 they are supposedly located in - it doesn't exist.
My dad called "Walter Stanton" today to confront him on this and he is adamant that he is there....my dad kept asking him how that can be, but he is adamant....

When my dad told him we'd come he basically said "come on down". When my dad got upset with him Walter hung up on him.

Ironically our paperwork showed the CEO as "Bradley Sharpe" - "Walter" states they don't have anyone there by that name.....our agent was "Andrew Bailey" - "Walter" had a hard time remembering him too....the complaint dept is "Phillip Hermann" - "Walter" also took a minute to recall that little lie he told and magically Mr Hermann also became the CEO - wow a promotion in seconds! Wish I had that job!!!

Anyhow, if they contact you - 877-797-4070 run, run fast and don't believe a stinking work they tell you. They are crooks, criminals, thieves and someday I hope they pay for their low life way of doing business.

We've resigned ourselves to knowing that we won't get the money back, we're strapped now as we have to pay back the family member that borrowed the $1400 to us - but somehow we'll recover and we've indeed learned a lesson - unfortunately it was expensive!

Hello Cormic! Just read your email..im sure you have read plenty of mine. Unfortunately my husband and i sent these BAS***** two payments of 820$ (western union) and the day the money was suppose to be posted to our account their phone was dissonected! We called the number you have up and it's the same exact recording we got..just different names. The allegid Scott Morgan was the man that i spoke to several times and man were they good!!! I understand how u feel and hope these as****** get caught. Im so sorry for your misfortune..all we can do now is hope and pray they wont get anymore innocent ppl, which obviously they still are! Just cant believe they did this..what cowards they are! I called the new number they have and gave them a piece of my mind..told him(Scott Morgan) that i have a 2yr old baby and we were in desperate need of that money and couldnt belive what losers they were steeling money from innocent honest working ppl. He didnt say much just sat there like the coward he is! Im still in total shock about this horrible situation and all im left with is a very bad taste in my mouth! Again im so sorry about your loss and hope to god these losers get what they deserve!!!

Join me on facebook.  I want us to keep track of the changing names of the company and their numbers as I am comiling a list.  It appears they change every 3-4 days depending how many people they scam!
