This is people pretending to call from Citi/Best Buy about your credit card. However they can and will do nothing to prove it, other than repeatedly claim they are real, or insist they are calling from Citi or Best Buy, or claim they are looking directly at your account-but can't provide any information from the account to prove it.

I haven’t Best Buy Citibank card , and I Got my bill didn’t show amount like she said, I think this is scam

I voided provide my information, and I said I am going to set up automatic payments, but they tried to tell me pay on the phone, thread me pay over hundred for overdue payment, that’s really ridiculous, credit card company never charge that high

Received a call from this number, the lady was impossible to understand.  Could tell that it was not a call from the USA.

This toll free number has been calling my house so far 6 times this month. It has been blocked. I do not have a Citibank  Best Buy credit card.
