Calls every day. Does not identify themselves. Female voice requesting a selection be made. Then a male voice saying they have a claim and to press "0". Then the female voice stating we have not made a selection in the allowed time. Strange!

I'm sorry to say, this collection agency is legit. They were calling to collect a medical debt on behalf of Katy Urgent Care Clinic. I spoke with a Mr. Mason who, refreshingly, is a very nice and professional man. I remembered distinctly the office visit (I was sick as a dog!), and that I had paid cash for the visit. I let Mr. Mason know that I would require that he prove the original debt and that they were required to provide proof under Federal Law.
It took at least a month - and several requests before the information was released. A small (less than $50.00) amount was not collected from the insurance company and my initial payment of $100.00 dollars was shown on the document from Katy Urgent Care. This information was faxed from the clinic and was mailed to me by Anderson, Randolf, Price just as soon as they had received the documentation. The amount requested by ARP is the small amount of the insurance billing plus only a $20.00 admin fee.
Because Mr. Mason was so professional, and ARP was diligent in following the law - I will pay the amount, and seek re-imbursement from the insurance company.
I'll bet I have a harder time dealing with the insurance company than I did in dealing with Mr. Mason.
One more thing... not all of the people at ARP are as professional as Mr. Mason. So, if you are interested in clearing up the matter at hand - insist on speaking ONLY with Mr. Mason - and be nice.

Male voice says "we have a claim, please press zero to speak to an agent" Female voice says "you have waited too long to respond".

How can I put a stop to this repeated nuisance(at least 5 times a week?

Same thing as J. Dosson posted on 6 Feb 2010.  I called back though and received an actual person they told me my phone number had been entered incorrectly in their system and that he would remove it immediately.  Very strange.  I was receiving 2 calls a day even on the weekend.  I called my phone company to report the calls just to be on the safe side and am posting here to let other people know.

I bet they call at least 20 times week for over a year.  No idea but they should get a medal for persistence.

Someone from this number calls every day concerning someones bill, but can not tell me where the office is located that they are calling about.

Some ones calls my 71 mother every day, but its a recording.My mother doesnt owe any one

These ppl are so annoying, constantly calling and calling. I am going to have to change my number since they insist on asking for someone who used to have this number and they will not stop calling me! GRRR!

Received calls from this number almost every day for months.   Finally answered.  It was Randolph Anderson LLC.  They wanted to talk to my son, who doesn't live with me.  I told the lady that.  She said she had another number for him, and I have not received a call from then since.  She was very polite.

He calls and leaves a voice message and you can't understand them.  It's crazy.

It is a collection agency, but they slur their words so I have no idea what they are saying.  Pretty crappy!

this is a legit collections company very professional willingly gave me all the info that i needed to confirm the bill. gave me options other than demands dont be afraid to answer they will work with you if needed.

If that's the best fake post you can do, it's no wonder you can't get honest work. Now take it back to the boiler room, you incompetent shill!
