Called back and the number is for TLK group, that offer promotional services through Comcast.  Trying to upsale service I would assume.

I've gotten this call a couple times, no voicemail. I've had to deal with Comcast a decent amount recently as my service has been poor, so my guess is the previous poster is correct.

Business call, unidentified.

This number called me every day (on my cellphone), sometimes twice a day, for about 3 weeks.  When I answered it, it would just be an empty line, no matter how long I waited.  It would even leave blank voice mails I would have to delete.  I finally called it back and can confirm what Matt listed above - TLK Group, something about Comcast.  They do provide an option to be added to their "do not call list", but of course say it can take "up to 30 days".  I look forward to 4 more weeks of this crap.

Comcast seriously needs to fire these people.
