The same thing just happened to me...had $35.95 deducted from my account - showed a check I supposedly authorized.  I have a different phone # though for this Company.  I called and promptly received a refund.  I'm going to provide this number so the rest of you can get your refunds.  It's (877) 229-2098.  Hope this helps.  If you don't get your money refunded, call your bank.  They'll refund your money then investigate.

I just was hit also on my checking account for $35.95.   Called 877-842-0813 and left a message.  Recieved a voice mail this morning saying they have deleted me from their list ans also would recieve my money back within 123 DAYS.  123 DAYS, 4 MONTHS?????  They took my money out in one day, I want it back on my account in one day.  123 days is unacceptable.  I dont know how they got my account information, but I think it is about time to close my account.
