Beware of this number.  I received an email today from "PayPal" stating I owed $699.00 to Joseph H. Kelley.  The email requested that I click on the "pay now" link or call 877-842-1855.  I have never heard of this person.  I went to my PayPal account and found a posting today for $699.00 from Joseph H. Kelley that is pending.  I called PayPal.   I was advised to take no action to pay the amount and PayPal would not authorize payment through my Visa card.  I then called 877-842-1855.  A male with a foreign accent answered.  It was obvious it was some sort of boileroom from all the voices in the background.  I asked who I was speaking to and the person disconnected the call.  When I called back, my number must have been blocked because the call did not go through.
