- SherriI answered this call after missing it a couple of times. It was HEALTH NET calling to discuss changes I made in my Medicare plan. Evidently, they have this number now, not JCPenney.
- Caller: Health Net
- Call type: Event reminder
- robert| 1 replyas sherri said, this is healthnet notifying of the change i made in medicare(top a much better plan)it is not collection,or jc penny.it is healthnet change dept

- DAsh replies to robertThank you for the information. I, too, recently made changes in insurance, and HealthNet is supposed to call me to verify. However, when answered, the call is just dead, no hiss, no sound at all. So was the one voice mail msg that was left-- just dead, no sound. Seems really odd-- they need to contact me, I need to complete the changes by being allowed to verify them . . . but am not being allowed to do so.
