Again with the "Anonymous" name on ID... It's Info Svcs calling on behalf of March of Dimes wanting a donation. They call constantly. Finally gave in and answered and just told them no.... now they will leave of alone for about six months and then say have a new program to launch or something of this nature and will call again and again until I answer and tell them NO.

Call received at 11:17 am on 6/18/14,  Caller ID:  TOLL FREE CALL   My  Sentry Call Blocker Device intercepted the call
and since the correct answers were not forthcoming, this number is now blocked.

Once again, call received at 10:24 a.m. on 6/25/14.  Caller ID:  TOLL FREE CALL, and once again, the call was blocked
by the Sentry Call Blocker on my phone system...it allows only one ring and that's "all she wrote"!

Enough of those spoof phone calls made from reverse phone number system on the name of a fake Charity call the March of coins for a cause, Easy lifestyle for the Telemarketers which steal the donations, Yeah this is so annoying, Keep calling but ignore, I laugh with joy When I consider them an invisible idiots, Who is realizing to try to convince to make a pledge, pledge my ass on behalf of a nonsense charity.

Caller ID'ed "Unavailable" with phone number of 1-877-401-5695.  Disconnected immediately after I answered.  Has called repeatedly over the last few days.  I it is MOD, make them properly ID themselves to callers, and respect DNC request.

I don't answer callers I don't recognize.
11/16 at 1:45 pm. Caller ID - Private. They didn't leave a message. 800notes confirmed this is March Of Dimes.
I have been getting continuous calls from March Of Dimes using Private from these 4 numbers which I have now blocked.

Solicitation for March of Dimes.  I made a donation to one of their campaigns at work a few years ago and have been hounded ever since.  Like many other big charities, they match your address to a phone number and never relent trying to get more off the table.  What a shame for a worthy organization because I will probably never give them another penny for a long time.

How many phone #s do the have?!?!?

Have had fifteen calls in the last two days, all from different numbers, but all attributed to "March of Dimes".  I do not understand why having a telephone makes people fair game for scams, telemarketers and solicitors. I am sick of this!

I have been getting calls, at least one everyday, from different numbers.  I never answer unknown numbers or call without an ID.  I have checked most of these numbers in 800Notes and they are all reported to have been a solicitation for the March of Dimes.

I called the march of Dimes national office in NY and asked that my phone number be removed from their solicitor's listing.  I explained that I get at least 12 solicitation mailing a year, and have usually donated about twice each year.  I told them that apparently that isn't enough, and isn't appreciated, since over the last three weeks I have been getting calls daily,  I told them that I will never donate another "dime".

It is March Of Dimes calling for donations.  Considering that I am a genuine princess, I obliged and made a generous donation.

I absolutely agree. I will NEVER donate to them again thanks to their harassment by phone and mail.

I never answer this number. Calls like this have lead me to discontinue donating to ANY charity attempting to solicit donations via telemarketing.

Caller ID says "UNAVAILABLE".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  Their recorded message identifies them as the "March of Dimes".  There is a brief message about what they do.  You are offered the option to press 1 for additional info.  That provides a longer message about what they do.  At the end of this is an option to be placed on their Do-Not-Call list (I never do this as it can make things worse).

I can't say that I appreciate them spoofing the caller ID.

This is likely a hired-gun telemarketing firm for calling on behalf of MoD.  If you wish to give, please, contact MoD directly.  That way the annoying telemarketer gets no cut of your donation.

I briefly looked at the criticism section of their wikipedia page.  That alone was enough for me to consider donating to a different charity.
