This is a Company called "RMS" (Receivables Management Soultions) in St. Paul, Minnesota. It appears to be a collection agency that goes to great lengths to try to collect from someone. They call my house at least 3 times a day and leave a recorded message that states the name of the person the call is for and the (877) 842-6455 number. The person they were trying to find was the previous owner of the house that I bought 4 years ago. Looks as though they cross reference the address on the internet and start calling that number. This is not the first time this company had done this. Each time I tell them to remove it and not to call back again. They stop calling for about 6 months and start back again. I have told them 3 times now and that if they do call again I will go to the county Sheriff's Department and file federal herrassment charges. Let's see how long it takes them to start calling again and how quickly I can get the county to put a tracer on these people.
