This company called me at work.  The genleman said his name is Frank Williams from Financial Infracture Division.  He was demanding that I settle a debt.  I explained I was at work at that I could discuss it when I got off.  He was provided with my home and cell number.  No less than 2 minutes after we got off the phone he called my job again.  I again explained to not call my job only my home and cell.  He became very loud rude and abnoxious.  I hung up.  Somehow, after disconnecting with him, he was able to tie up all the lines in our company.  Everytime anyone would hang up, this company would be on our call waiting log.  They were able to tie up all the lines at my agency.  Our IT department had do get involved and completely shut all of our phone lines down.  The police said they could not do anything unless I could prove I did not owe money.  This was beyond harrassment, my company lost revenue for the entire last half of the day.

If your IT department can track all the numbers that were tying up your company's lines, you should be able to sue them for lost revenue do to their attack on your phone system.  The FBI maybe interested in persuing this company.  It just seems like a DOS attack on your phone system.

Roy Martin called me from the same number and company and said someone has filed a complaint against my social security number.  When I told him to quit calling he would call again.  I let my supervisor talk to him and he still calls.  I told him this was harrassment and he asked me if I was in law enforcement now!  He then told me I needed to have my lawyer call him.  This has been going on for about a month now.
