- PinkyGot call from this number told them to remove me from the list I am not interested. He starts cursing at me saying why you F*&$ picked option 1 I told them because you keep calling me and its annoying just remove me. Than the guy said my first name and last name which means they are working from a list given to them with some personal information. Guy started asking me if I am Indian I told him it was none of his business than he got me annoyed he gave the phone to his supervisor who was being very nice and saying I am sorry the guy was being disrespectful to you. I replied in Hindi and he was trying to be very nice blah blah I told him remove my name from list. Now, since I am a girl they have been calling and harassing me. The guy calls me 4-6 times a day. One time I picked up the guy said he loves me blah blah and will kill himself blah blah. He usually calls from a local number which I was ignoring and just now he called from the 877 number. When I answered 877 call he started saying very vulgar things while saying my name and saying he is tired of masturbating. This is disgusting and these guys are bunch of scammers from India. POS

- DDSame as above.
Information they may ask for from you:
1-cc number
2-total debt and credit limit
3-your First and last name
4-zipcode
5- last transaction on account
they could not verify any information that can prove that they are who they say they are.
ask them yourself if they can tell you any information to prove identity.
noticed that they were unprofessional and that they get angry with you, unlike a real representative from anywhere
someone should cancel a card and go through everything to then bone them- Caller: Rep, for CC companies

- CrgSame as others. They can never give me the exact details on which credit card they are calling about, what my APR is, etc. I asked the guy if I could put him on hold, and let him sit there. He called me back, yelling at me, saying I hung up on him. Nope. I was good to let you sit there until my phone died. You hung up. Now he is calling nonstop on the 877 number. I just blocked his number, but it is amazing what lengths they will go to to try and scam people.
- RaeSaid I was eligible for lower interest rates. I spoke with 3 different "supervisors" after i refused to give my full cc#. I explained all that they gave me was info anyone could look up and I didnt trust it. They sent me to a smoother talker each time i was transfered, and when i refused service they yelled at me for wasting there time! What a scam! Why would i give them my cc numbers??? Really. Waste of my time.

- Laughing InstigatorSo I realize when the initial number comes up which is 214-616-2818 that it is a spam call. I had a rough day at work so I'm going to have a little fun. I answer the phone and being completely playful and silly then hit the #9 on my keypad because that usually disconnects the number. Well, that sent me to an 'agent; - started a blurb about needing my cc# info so they could lower interest rates and asked how was I doing today. I proceed to yell very loudly that I AM WONDERFUL. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. tThen hung up. I didn't cuss, no threats, just pure fun but serious. That's when 877-847-2911 calls and I answer and a man with an accent that is obviously not from US starts in cussing me out, telling me to suck this and then bleep that and he will kill me. I guess he's had a rough day too. But thanks for the laugh. My husband and I are still laughing - thankfully the whole thing was on speaker phone. You can't make that crap up!

- StaciI asked what card they represent and he kept trying to give the sales pitch. So I said in other words you are a telemarketer. So do not call me again. He has called four times in less than 5 minutes. I have used the phone screening tool. The stupid a$$ left a message each time that he is coming to kill you you f*****g b***h. I am going to cut off your head. No imbecile dog b***h talks to me like that.

- GavHe kept calling me over and over again. I wish there was a way to block all calls from the location of the call because the same guy called me from different numbers. He claimed he was with a credit card company. But had none of my information. I did threaten to call the police if he called me again. He laughed and said he didn't give a f...k about my police which confirms he's not even in the US.
- DisgustedThey called me saying they could lower my apr’s and gave me all of my personal information including my social security number!!! It was about a TJX credit card. Tested them by telling I had to go get the card cause they wanted the digits and they said they’ll wait on line as to take my time. Soon as I put the phone down they hung up!!!! BS! I don’t trust 0% apr with no time limit anyway. No one does that anymore!! Be careful.
