Caller said our niece had borrowed money and provided false information, and would be kept in custody if we didn't help her.

They called my mother and told her she was going to be charged with felony check fraud and then after talking to me said we had three option to pay or she would have files charged against her.

Yes this phone number has threaten to have me arrested and my vehicle taken from me and my vehicle is paid for.  All over something my ex wife did according to them.

these people are telling my elderly mother in law that if she does not send them money by wire to their bank they will be forced to put my husband and in jail.
