I keep getting calls from this place as well as they call my daughter, my sister in law, my boss at work. They state they have a claim to file against me.  When i call back they tell you to dial the extension of the party or dial 0.  when you dial 0 it goes to a voicemail.

they are calling and threatening me at work and other family members.

I have been receiving these calls at work also.  They claim to have a suit against me and are going to serve papers. My answer to them is " Serve them"  they are a scam company. They are not a debt collector.  A debt collector can not disclose this sort of information. Debt collectors are not allowed to threaten you or give information to other people.  See the Federal Trade Commissions website or 877-382-4357 contact them if they are a debt collector.

I keep getting calls from Kim Johnson who is hollering on the phone. She has a case that is being brought against me. I asked who has a case against me and she state we don't have that information but we're giving you one change to get this right. She said she is coming to my job, has called my daughter threatened her if she doesn't give them info.  The worst case of harrassment in a long time.

i am getting the same calls, but my situation is that the debit is legitmate but i have made arrangements for payment with another debit company on these (providing they are legit), and have been making payments;  so its weird! Im now at a point that i want to settle the debit but dont know who is legit and who i need to pay. Has any actions been taken or any papers served to any of you?

877-847-4302 GLOBAL, Kim Johnson also contacted me.  They claim they have charges being filed against me and I only have 1 day to make it right.  They are threatening me and saying they will show at my work or my home and have all the papers to give me, yet they can't just place them in the mail as per the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act states they are to do at my request.  In fact one of the gentleman I tried to get at least a mailing address from stated that they are not regulated by the FDCPA.  Bahhahahaaaha!  If you are DEBT COLLECTOR you are bound by the law as are ALL Debt Collectors.  Anyway if anyone gets a VALID mail address please post it.  These guys are scammers and con artists and are not legitimate!

I also got called from a Process server (877-847-4302) and was given case number 112136 that pulls up a Dalen Smith on their system. I knew that this is the same company trying to collect a so called Payday loan from some LLC that cannot be found on the web bay any of the names they gave. They have tried this "We have to Serve you with Papers..." line for the past 3 years. and still have not been served. They gave me a name of Anthony West as one who talk to me until he started yelling. I ask he mail document for my Attoney and was told I would get them when I am Served. This happens about every 6 months. and were real american english speaking persons this time. last year was an Indian accent and hard to understand. I am forwarding this to my Local DA for further actions of fraud....Se them get out of that...

This is a possible website - no wonder they are supposedly not under the "FDCPA" as they are not even operating in the USA!  In other words, there is absolutely nothing they can do do anyone in the US!

Received a phone call from a "process server"  , trying to track down a relative. Gave a case number and phone #877-847-4302, in order to resolve issue. After reviewing previous posts - I am ignoring this.
