When it calls and I answer they don't say a thing, when i don't answer I have a 3min long voicemail with no talking what so ever on it.. had to block the number

Mine isnt, i have my cities medicaid number this is not the Medicaid office calling. I get no speaking what so ever from the caller when they call

Invalid number on my caller ID.  1-833-877-8377  Recording saying that we had talked before and now is a great time to refinance my home or borrow against the equity.  Says to call him back.  I have never talked to this guy or company.
