They called and said they were with a legal department, but didn't say which one.  They also said they had a pending case against me, but I called the county I live in and they don't.

I received a call from this number as well.  They are threatening to take me to civil court but it is a total scam.  These people have called me from several different numbers with several different names. They call from a number that is unavailable and then refer to this 877-845-9745 number to call back on. Don't believe them.  These people are rip-off artists.

This company called looking for my brother in-law, told me he was wanted for witing bad checks, they had his place of employment and his phone numbers.  However, they told me to write down a phone number and case number, then they told me he had been "officially served"?  Never asked me if they had the right number,  And, if they have his information, why are they bothering me???

My x-wife received a call from this number yesterday (twice - both times they left their phone number). I listened to it and they said my name, gave me a case number and then stated you have been "officially served". The caller left no other information about who they were or what the call was about. How did they get my x-wife's phone number and why do they leave the same kind of message as "upset in law" got? At first I thought I did something terribly wrong (what I have no idea) then went onto the Internet to search. So far this is the only place I can find an answer too.

was called by unavailable number. they left a voice mail of a woman claiming to be with the summons division of a county that I used to live in and that they had a pending case against me and that two charges would be filed against me if I did not respond by 10 am the following day.  I was given 8778479745 to call their law offices.  I thought the lady worked for the county not a law office? they had my bank name an old address and my brothers names.  The bank acct info was wrong as well as my brothers phone number. I called and talked to a man he said that I had an outstanding payday loan from 2007.  I asked for paper work and he said that we were passed that stage and charges would be filed unless I paid 249 dollars.  i asked where they were out of and they needed to provide proof that there was a debt and that they could collect it.  (there is nothing on my credit report the loan supposedly came from impact cash).  They said they were all over and i was talking to a virginia office.  the payment would be processed through arizona. I asked why the woman said she worked for the county when they had no record of her.  and he said that she was a finder or some crap like that not directly affiliated with them yet she left me an extension number to call her back at the same number she gave me for the law office 8778479745.  the call back number is busy most of the day and then a machine answers for capital solutions asking for an extension or for you to hold.

Everyone do not give these people any money! They cannot leave a message stating you have been officially served. These people cannot even prove in writing that money is even owed but yet are going to sue? These people need to be reported to the FCC for harassment and false impersonation of lawyers!
