Labcorp sent a request for info with no tele # to reply to. Only this fax #.

dianon systems is a labcorp company. it appears that the personell at both dianon and labcorp are trained not to respond to patients inquiries. i looked up dianon corp  at 800-328-2666  and left a message. nop response as yet. this is the new america.

the Whole thing is a scam...The phone no and Dianon systems.

I called Labcorp a 800-845-6167 inquiring about a questionairre I received requesting information.  Information to be faxed to 877-852-0003.  Labcorp had requested the information and this is a legitamate fax number.  It is NOT a scam.  I am new to Medicare and they did not have my new informaion and needed it to file a claim.

I called the number1-866-254-9060 after telling them insurance info, name, and DOB I got paranoid and tried calling labcorp. =\ No response yet. A little paranoid!

Cannot find info on this inquiry... Going through my Ins. Claim Service.

I received two envelopes from LabCorp wrong PO Box 2230 on the outside of the envelope. Upon opening envelope received two invoices in black-and-white letter correct PO Box for LabCorp was on the inside however the billing had different invoices numbers, bill dates & amounts were correct.
Letter requested gender,  Medicare info, date of birth, front and back of  Insurance card.
No call back number only this fax number or mail back to very different PO Box #. Attn:Third party billing.
