Aetna Pharmacy

Said they were Aetna Pharmacy for Mail order prescriptions, stating they needed some additional information. However I called the number on the back of my card, and they said there was not any information they needed from me.

I believe this number is legit.  After not answering, I first hesitated but then called back & asked why they would be calling me.  Was told they just wanted to confirm I had received recently ordered medication, which I had.  They did not ask for anything other than my name.

I answered and heard a woman laughing. She then hung up.

have called multiple times today- answered first time, said they were from Aetna and asked me to provide identifying information- I declined.  Rep got snippy and hung-up on me while I was asking whether there is another option to "verify" -not providing identifying information to a number I don't know on a call I wasn't expecting

They keep calling asking for personal identity information, claiming to be Aetna RX.  Verified with Aetna RX this is not them calling and they do not call and ask for personal information.  These are scammers looking for data to STEAL YOUR IDENTITY.  Do not give them information.
