get calls all the time and they never leave messages

i was told miroflex after a warning on pc that i was under attack...i had found a remote server named aurgur.io on my home pc.i have been hacked for two years by jeff gardner x boyfrind beat me up..after locating aurgur .io receiived  877-852-3252 to call for help.they shut me down.i kept calling telling them they had to stop gave assalints name explained asbuse then they turned me back on. told me to be very careful.. I still believe they are still on pc and phone..if you have any information on how to rid my phone and pc of unwanted remote please let me know ....i have filed police report. i did look up microflex got nothing.

You'd probably have to take your computer to a brick and mortar computer repair shop and have the entire thing looked at for various forms of malware.  Also invest in some good anti-malware software.
