Company saying I qualified for free legal consultation about my workers comp case, I guest my attorney gave then my info for mediation.

Received a call stating that I owed money to someone . They even had a case number and I've never even heard of them before

Recieved a call saying they were going to have me served if i didnt contact them within 2 hours. I have never heard of these people nor do i have any collectors.

I've gotten called from this number  so many times it's not even funny. They called me a few months ago stating that I owe money and I can pay it off in a few months. My husband called the same number and someone else answered saying that it was their direct line. Then I knew it was real. How can you call the same number and have one answer then, while on the phone with that person, call the same number and have someone else answer saying that it was their direct line.

Call received today. Never heard of.  Heritage Funds services requesting info trying to collect debt

Oh my God these guys are so scary they said I have to go to court they're going to have someone serve me some court papers I got a call to confirm some stuff and I am terrified if this is not true that  needs to stop because I'm scared

It's totally BS. No one can Serve you over the Telephone or Voicemail. Do Not Respond to their Scare Tactics.It's Illegal for Debt Collectors to use Fraud Scare Tactics. Block their Number(S). I got the BS line Formal Complaint, Time Sensitive, Case#, Hertiage Filing Service & Formally.  Do Not Respond to them in anyways. Always Google them first, telephone number, Company Name , ect. Read all reviews and complaints.

Heritage funds called me today too.  Sayin g they were looking for my husband about a debt. The recording he left said I've been served.   It's all a scam they do not sou d professional at all and they call from one number then have you call back on another.  It's a joke I just block the numbers and ignore calls

Got a call from them saying they're with Heritage Filing Services, the number was blocked. They had my maiden name that I haven't used in yeeeeeeeeeeeears, which was a red flag that they don't really know who I am, so I told them they had the wrong number. They then called my mom in another state and left a voicemail saying a complaint has come to them, I've been served, papers will arrive at my address (they had that correct, scary!) and to call back 877.852.7255 and gave a filing number. I'm sure they just want me to pay for something with my credit card number, but I have no debt so I'm golden and won't be calling them back =)

Forgot to say above that it also said it requires legal representation. Ha!

Received voicemail from someone claiming to be from Heritage Filing Services stating they had court documents for me from North Dakota county that they will be hand delivering them to and stated my address and to contact them at 877-852-7255.  Gave document # and ended the call with "You have been notified."

I LITERALLY just got the exact same phone call today. Except from LA county. The caller identified himself as David Taylor from Heritage Filing.  Upon receipt of the legal documentation, I or my attorney would have to call Cordell Mediation to discuss the complaint.

Same guy just called me.

Saying that I've been served over some court documentation.

I got a call from an unknown number that went to voicemail.  A womam named Angela from Heritage Filing said they'd tried to serve me but the address on file wasn't correct. They told me to contact them and correct my address/information or they'd come to my job and serve me

Same call today. Called back asking for their business name and where they are based out of. They called from a Miami number but are located in California. I told her I was trying to establish their legitimacy and they got very upset and asked who I was and were yelling on the phone. Not legit. Called my county that docket does not exist.
