It was Bell asking about upgrades

Pretty annoying...three calls from Bell Fibe Nord, then these idiots.  They have no actual upgrades available here, nor do they know when the upgrades might be available.

This number phone, live female voice said, This is 'Nordia' (that's what it sounded like), I'm calling on behalf of Bell Canada.  So I said, "So you're not Bell Canada then?" [Anyone phoning 'on behalf of' means they bought the number but not the right to phone me.  Her answer was:  nothing.  She just hung up.  Totally rude.

3 calls in the last 24 hours, so far!  ID says BELL CANADA.  Same phone # as Bell Fibe Nordi and also the same # as "Long Distance"   HUMONGOUS pain in the butt!!  Constantly calling.  I never answer and they just keep changing their ID!

Hey buddy, first off watch the language, OK? We telemarketers have families too and have the same right to make money like you do. And good luck trying to sue and the other empty threats.. that makes me laugh.Ha ha! Nothing we are doing is illegal. We have a right to make these calls even if you are on the do not disturb list because you have dealt with us before. Instead of complaining, why don't you just agree to a simple upgrade so we can all be happy? We won't call anymore after that and you will get a good deal on services you need. Have a good day.

Your assumption is entirely false.

1) Under the Canadian Do Not Call legislation (section 18, pages 302-347), companies that you deal with are permitted to use a 3rd party to contact you.  This is what Bell has done with.
2) Nordia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Canada Enterprises

Hey moron-listen up and listen well: you are calling people who have NEVER HAD business with you before. That's called cold-calling and last time it checked, that wasn't allowed. You've just made your business look extra shady with your post which will most likely result in loss of business. Also, if you're told to stop calling, you must either honor the request or again you're in violation. Don't like what I said, shove it where the sun don't shine.

This message is for  Nordia. Your language is quite unprofessional. You are a total disgrace to your company. If this is how you talk to your potential customers, it makes me wonder the kind of bad service you must be providing. Also wonder it might be worth tracking your IP address and reporting to the higher ups in your company.

Maybe then they'll stop harassing telemarketing phone calls (we can dream can't we ?) !

Well, I got call from both Rogers and Bell, but I am not a customer from either companies. Why am I getting a call from those 2 companies? Not only that, I also got promotion letter address to "Residence" from both companies send it to my address. I try to return it(mark "return to sender" on the envelope), but the letter carrier put it back into my mailbox. What can I do? I've ask my local MP, MPP and even city councillor...seem no one can help me resolve this.

After writing that post I realized how stupid I sounded and would like to apologize. I was having a bad day and I guess I took it out on you. You see, I'm gay. And I recently just came out to my parents about this fact. This may not be a big deal to you, but since I am Russian these matters are highly looked down on in our society. Needless to say they were not happy with my confession but I don't care as long as  I am able to spend the rest of my life with the love of my life, Dmitry.
