- Vilma Villatoro| 9 repliesBelow are some transactions that appeared on my monthly statements in April & May. Since I have not applied for such service I found this a rip-off. Also 1-800-595-8120. Further investigating I found that one has to call to cancel such transaction to 1-800-595-5110.

- cori replies to David Jordan| 4 repliesI have just seen the same on my account and I can't recall ordering any sevice this month.
- Brian| 3 repliesMy fiancé was getting billed for this service and she did not even know it. I called and it seems that when she was doing a credit application online and then asked for debit or credit card info they automatically signed her up for a trial period for VCOMM (an affiliate company of the credit card service) and since she did not know about it when the trial was over she started getting billed.
To cancel the service just call 1-877-852-8850 and tell then you want to cancel. the company website can be found here- http://vcommvoicemail.com/
be on the look out for something called watchdog something also, the lady i talked to also said that people get signed up for a trial of that also.
Be carefull and watch out for other unknown billings! - Jessica replies to Vilma Villatoro| 1 replyI too noticed that my target card account was charged by VCOMM. The fist charge I didn't notice and it was in september for 12.95 then the second charge was in october for 12.95 then 2 days after the second charge there was a 3rd for 39.95. When I called they told me that I had signed up for some online credit store called First Universal Platinum. I have never signed up for such a thing. I canceled both subscriptions and I will be checking my account daily for any further charges. First universal number is 18005955110 and VCOMM is 18005958120
- meeeethanks everyone for writing, yeah this was beign charged and I did not notice!!!!!!!!!!! it was what you all said, I signed up for some credit line and they sign ME up for another website with another monthly charge..
- YOYOGRAPHICS replies to David JordanI found this unauthorized debit (01/12/200 Master Money Purchase VCOMM 800-5958120 NV $12.95) on my bank statement. Can anyone explain to me what is it ?
- Toni replies to BrianI also got the id watchdog thing and vcomm and I couldn't figure out where it came from. thank you for the website.
- Danny replies to Brianthank you for the info. I get billed $12.95 every week. Check this web, you can make a contract without knowing.
- Ali Poplin replies to Vilma Villatoro| 1 replyI was just wondering if I was to call and cancel would this company repay the funds it took from my account
- lance warren replies to cori| 3 repliesI had two charges on my account one from VCOMM 800-5958120 NV for $14.95 and the other from ONLGRA V 888-5736171 NV for $19.95 I called and canceled both ad found out that they were partners with a place I had singed up for and canceled a moth earlier. It was some credit line website and I bet this is what has happen to everyone else who has been charged.
- David replies to lance warren| 2 repliesWell I got a $14.95 charge from these people at VVCOM and they said that when I signed up for a credit card that they were part of the offer, but yet when i canceled the credit card offer this didn't get canceled with it? How asinine is that?
- Spencer replies to DavidAbsolute crap! I too signed up for the First Premiere under the premise that it was a credit card. I canceled a few minutes later after discovering that its an online credit website. I was told upon canceling that I would receive no further billing. Then I get a charge from VCOM and had to call and cancel them as well. Im just wondering if I can or should expect a 3rd charge from some other thiefs that are going to rob me as well?!?!?!?
- lori replies to JessicaMe too was victimized when I signed up innocently sometime early in Feb 2009 for $2.78.
After that, some company charged me 39.95 which I fixed later with my own bank, was credited back to my credit card account, thanks to an understanding rep.
But when I checked my account again, I had a 19.95 charge from Onlgra, which means GrandConnect. The lady said it came with the cancelled membership when I signed up online. She credited it back, thanks again.
Then, there was Vcomm Nevada, their tel.no 1-888-711-0030 was a fax number!!! I was so mad coz I couldn't contact anyone.
Thanks to your 800notes, I have a valid tel no. now, and I don't feel alone anymore in this signing-up online without checking first whether u are employed or not. I will be very careful next time, my first time to be fooled. This is the end of it!!!!!
Thanks guys! - LAURA replies to Ali PoplinYes, I bet they will!
It happened to me, just try call the number stated on your bank transactions online under pending.
I was victimized because they took my sign-up without verifying any employment status. No wonder they won over me. The other sites would require that you have a real job/company/income, before they allow you to sign-up.
This one wants your money ASAP, regardless whether you have a job or not.
Cheap, not strict, because they want to make money in a millisecond.
Be wary you guys out there, don't get fooled or play with any offers online without checking first. There's hundreds of em on my email screen daily. I deleted em or unsubscribe is the best solution, no more bugs! - MANDY replies to DavidDavid,
Keep trying son! A lotsa people complained and won. And u should too!
They promised me that they will cancel it becoz I said I am unemployed right now, and I am. The lady said ok, it will be credited to my credit card account, she even emailed me. I could have printed it, but when I checked my bank online, it was already credited back, that was 19.95 from Onlgra [GrandConnect is the company, Nevada also].
I am calling Vcomm now, got that tel. no. from the 800notes.com, thanks so much, bless this site! Gotta get em now....I want my 14.95 back to my account tonight. So David, try again one more time! Godspeed! - amy joI recieved my bank statement and saw that $14.95 had been taken out and all it had was the phone number 1-800-595-8120. I looked up the number and got this site with all the complaints about it. I called the number right away and demanded they refund my money or I would report them. I did not ever autherize this! Within a few hours I got an email saying it was refunded. They need to be stopped!!
