This number called 5 times to my land line. When I answer they say (a recording) they are looking for someone with my last name. They give you an option to press a number if you are that person.

Received call from this number, the message on my machine was same as above, to press 1 if you are this person, 2 if this person doesn't live there etc. I called the number back and it is Cavalry Portfolio Services. I think they are a collection agency!

I have no idea who they were but they called my cell phone and the only message was a female voice saying "three" and that was it. We do not owe anyone any money so if they were calling for collections then they got a wrong number.

They called my home 5x's in one day and when you ask them who they are they get nasty...I told them to stop calling lets see if it works;

They call me just about everyday and it is the same message from above that says they are looking for someone with my last name. I don't know who this is but they call in evenings and even on the weekends.

spoke with someone who refused to identify herself or the nature of the call. She said I was being rude! I am rude for asking someone to identify someone who called MY line? I said, that was the end of that call, she hung up. It did not end future calls though I have lost count as to how many calls there have actually been!

For the past nine month or I have received calls from 859-0028.  It is always a recorded message for someone named "Kevin Kennard".  

I have the option to press 4 "if Kevin Kennard does not live at this house".  I always press 4.  

No one in my household has a name even close to this & I've never heard of a "Kevin Kennard"  

These calls are starting to come earlier, waking me up.  Not happy.

this number calls the house a few times a day looking for NICK WILSON in a computer voice, no NICK WILSON here or has there ever been.  there is never a real person to talk to only a recorded voice that tells you to use the prompts or call another 800 number.  very annoying

877-859-0028 has called me asking for someone who does not live in my house. I asked where they got my number and "susan" hung up on me! For fun I called "susan" back. It is definitely a company called "Calvary". Mysteriously, the lady from Calvary was unable to find ANY information on my number....mmmm... interesting. Now, I have their number hahaha!!!! I can harass their "customer service" all I want!!!

I am getting calls from this recording several times a day, all times of the day and up to 10:00 pm. I have played their game and talked very briefly to a rude person and told him I was not the person they were looking for (could'nt even understand the name). I now am getting more calls asking for a different name. Whats with this? Does anyone know how to report this stuff. They hang up immediately when I try to talk to someone. I think I will try saying that I AM that person and see what happens.  hmm   Has anyone tried this?

I called them back at least 20 times. Some were nice but most very rude. I did take up alot of their time. One said they would take my number off their list but would not tell me why it was there. I checked the website and called the number on there and it was NOT the number of the guy on their site, it was a number for Carolina Tile..with a message machine. I did not leave a message. I called and asked them to remove my number from their list before when they called about a different name, now they just call me with another name they are looking for. I am beginning to think this is some other scam calling outfit. I think I will find a company to do a credit check on myself to see if they are messing with it.

I got a call from this number but they left another phone number on my answering machine (877) 859-0028.

They identified themselves (on the message) as the "Lawson Group" and left the callback number of (866) 380-8783.  This 866 number is identified on this database as "The Northland Group" some type of "collection" agency.

I believe this is just a company running a collection payment scam using mass dialing software.  I recommend that no payments ever be made to this company unless you can get some acceptable and verifiable billing from your actual creditor and indication that these people are legitimate.

Just to clarify my statement above, Toll Free Number is what comes up on Caller ID intially as the name of the caller, the phone number is the same as noted.

A few years ago I was contacted by these people because they were collecting on a card I never paid.  Stupid mistake on my part so I paid the balance.  They've been calling me randomly ever since.  They hang up when you ask a question, any question, and no one returns YOUR calls. I'd love to get more info on these people.

I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer.  They left a voicemail but it was only a partial word in a female voice.  Most likely a computer.  They called at 7:45pm.
